Dear Tumblr,

All those posts you see of young artists charging $3, $6, $10 for a drawing because they need help? That’s fucking exploitation, and fuck you if you think it’s reasonable or a “good deal" to pay nickels and dimes to squeeze a full-color original drawing out of some talented, hardworking kid because things are tight, and they can’t afford their textbooks. Or food. They sure as hell can’t afford to make you art for $6.

Instead, stop. And ask them where you can donate. If you can afford a $6 drawing, then you can afford to spend $6 simply to help someone. You don’t need internal organs as payment.

Don’t allow young artists to be exploited.

This scene takes my breath away.

Riku has always been my favourite KH character. He’s grown so much over the years, and KH3 really shows us how he’s grown into his newfound strength. But one thing has not changed and KH3 all but spells it out for us: Riku wants this strength to protect what (or should we say who) matters most. He’s not afraid anymore. It is, and always will be, Sora that Riku is fighting for.

And all of that comes together in this breathtaking and heartbreaking scene. When Sora breaks down, Riku rushes over to him. When Sora cries, Riku longs to reach out and touch him, comfort him, protect him, and he actually reaches out to touch Sora, but he pulls his hand back. That single small gesture broke my heart. Riku’s feelings are so clear on his face, in his actions, but he can’t console Sora with a touch, though he wants to, he wants to so badly. Sora, lost in his grieve, oblivious to Riku’s inner conflict. Riku, then, determined, doing what he knows, what he’s always done, always will do, protect Sora. He balls his fist instead, stands. He walks right up to the Demon Tower, no hesitation, and puts every single fibre of his being into protecting Sora. That’s true love. And it was shown here, so beautifully.

While Sora jumping into the Realm of Darkness was amazing, this scene right here gave me all of the Soriku feels and broke my heart ten times over.

The people who are supporting Maduro clearly have no idea about what’s going on in Venezuela. Don’t make this about the US, because it isn’t. This is about a dictator that has killed people, lied and ended up driving his country to poverty. Maduro isn’t a good person, and he shouldn’t be defended. Let the people be free and choose the destiny of their own country.

I’m confused

Apparently a lot of kh fans thought nomura was gonna write a soriku ending. Why exactly? From the start of this series we are shown right to our face time and time again Sora likes Kairi. Like that’s always been obvious without question. Riku, Donald, and Goofy have teased him about it more than once in different games. Chain of Memories itself is proof of how much he likes her; she’s literally the thing that connects all his memories.

I think some people are just overlooking the obvious answer on why Sora treats Riku the way he does. He thinks the world of him because that’s his childhood best friend; of course he’s gonna have a special place in Sora’s heart and vice versa. It’s the same situation with characters like Gray and Natsu or Naruto and Saskue; these duos are ride or die partners. They’re fam.

I understand why people ship them, they’re amazing together. However, there’s never been a romantic scene between them in all of KH. If you say the kh2 scene where he cries after finding him then you’re missing the context of that scene. The entire game has Sora looking for him just to get these answers: “he’s…I’m sorry I can’t help” “do you want to end up like Riku?” “I defeated a Riku once.” To the point when Mickey slips up Sora says “He’s okay! I get to see him again!”

Sora was honestly doubting ever seeing him again after closing basically the door to hell on him; idk about you guys but to me it sounds like Sora thought Riku was dead or gone forever. That would weigh heavy on my mind compared to learning half way through the journey my crush has been kidnapped but is alive. (The last time he saw Riku was after having a fight with him seeing him being closed in darkness!) I can see why he’d be a bit more emotional reuniting with his best friend.

All that being said, yeah Sokai was still rushed way to much, but it was always the plan.
