the redbull is proven to be a difficult car to drive which is the whole reason why a rookie who hasn’t been near it shouldn’t have been in it this season. yuki’s been over performing in his shitty vcarb for years which makes him a better candidate, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t get some grace to warm up and acclimate to the redbull.

also for anyone saying the vcarb is a better car than the redbull… please don’t be stupid❤️

if anyone is stupid enough to make fun of yuki for being outqualified by liam, reminder that it was never about who can do better overall, but about who can wrangle the redbull better. and yuki clearly is. if not for his messy turn 2, and an allegedly ill-fitting setup, he'd be there in q1. in his first quali in the car at that.
