The only California wine allowed to use the "champagne" designation, Korbel's Chardonnay Champagne is my favorite cheap champagne/sparkling wine. So good! Champagnes/sparkling wines tend to be too sweet for me. Because this is made with the Chardonnay grape and not Pinot Noir, it's got a bit of a sour taste that I prefer. So, if you typically shy away from champagne and sparkling wines because they're too sweet, give this one a try.
