The popularity of Noco and Alenoah on AO3 needs to be studied at this point. The number of fics created for these two mid, overrated ships, which have even surpassed the number of Aleheather fics on AO3, is beyond ridiculous. Why do I low-key feel that this should fall under m/m mediocrity??? And yes, I am a bitter Aleheather shipper.

Okay. Some of you guys are professionals at false equivalency. Saying “I like [insert pedo ship here]” or “I like [insert incest ship here]” is NOTTTT the same as saying “I enjoy codierra” or “I enjoy duncney.” Those are very different things and I HATEEE that they both qualify as “proships” or whatever. I get that people are put off by cartoon violence, but it’s clear (at least in my opinion) that some things are meant to be treated as comically over-exaggerated. Total Drama has a really awful history of disjointed narrative themes (for example— a lot of TDI is based in reality, yet chris has a portable hail cloud and trent faceplants into the ground from an airplane), but incest and pedophilia is ALWAYS WRONG. It’s never okay, not in simulated content, not in reality. It just feels like such a bad faith argument. That is all.

In reference to the previous post, if you search ‘anti[ship]’ without the # it’s showcases all search results that would include both negative and positive posts, including the # in the search (#anti[ship]) tends to show only negative posts.

An ex: searching ‘anti duncney’ and ‘duncney’ would show both positive and negative posts however ‘#anti duncney’ would only show negative posts whereas ‘#duncney’ would show positive posts.

If you wish not to see negative posts, filter out #anti[ship] and search for #[ship].

mods just so you know when you tag something as "anti [ship]" it shows up in that ship's tag. sending this in bc im finding negative takes of a ship i like in the ship's tags and since yall dont wanna put character hate in the character tags i thought yall might wanna do the same with ship tags ✌️

Are you sure? I've gotten takes about ships I like before yet I don't see any posts from here when I scroll through those ships tags with my main. Maybe I just tagged a post or two incorrectly idk

Not aimed at anyone specific, I have seen plenty of people who do this, I know head canons exist...

But Ezekiel (and also sometimes Cody) is not a "smol UwU babie." He's a teenager on a farm. He is a guy who is sheltered, not a toddler. Stop drawing him like a young child, stop writing him to be needing his big, strong men everywhere. He's a teenager who was sheltered from the outside world who has outdated views and is eliminated first every season. I feel bad for him for that, but he's still not a toddler. Please. I just hate when people write/draw/explain him to be an "innocent bean," he's not. He's (at least for the first episode) a sexist. Please, just make him into a teenager, I have seen some good head canons, but this isn't one of them.
