Buntober Day 16: Shadowbringers - First Kiss

The First is where Rornir and Urianger's relationship blossomed. A lot of other things, good and not so good, happened still occurred. But to Rornir, The First (Il Mheg specifically) was most important because of his time with Urianger.

Marriage, or serious relationships, were not in Rornir's plans. He was content to savour short flames, wander as Warrior of Light, and dance through the decades, content on his lone path

Buntober Day 14: Shiva

Rornir makes the journey to Shiva's Shrine. He considers her a being associated with powerful magic and deep love. Like Suzaku and Menphina

A beast like being blessed by the Divine Mother, Hydaelyn and their elven mage lover defying the boundaries of love

Buntober Day 13: Favourite Job

He's the Dance Coordinator of the Silver Souls for a reason lol

He also owns the Mujikoza in Kugane for dance and theatre performances.

Learning history and culture through dance is one of his favourite parts of being a traveler and adventurer.

Buntober Day 11/12: Stormblood + Find/Make

The loss of Doma Castle was a heart breaking moment for Rornir. So much history of his people and his own family swept away and lost.

But finding and rebuilding a new home was a chance for Othard and Doma to come together even stronger. The Reconstruction effort is one of Rornir's fondest, more recent memories. To see all his countrymen come together, to finally have won the war, reclaimed home and rebuild. The bond he formed, not as a Warrior of Light, but as a fellow Othard-Born citizen, remains as strong as the foundations he helped rebuild.

Buntober Day 10: Warrior of Light

Most just see the unstoppable hero, the famous savior, the world renowned adventurer blessed by Hydaelyn. What people don't see is the post savior exhaustion. The follow-up hero naps that come with Big Bad Boss Battles. Complete with hubby pillow.

#buntober Day 9: Seiryu (Titan/Earth)

Seiryu, Guardian of the East, Father of Geomancy, Watcher of aether. Wisdom in reflection, meditation, centering, grounding. Seriyu and Rornir speak the least out of all the Auspices, which secretly saddens both, thinking the other is uninterested and yet having the most to share with one another. Earth and stability is the hardest of the elements for Rornir to master, his skills lie in freedom and movement of air and the coursing flow of water. And Rornir's fear of looking deep into himself, prevents him from finding strength of self and the ground beneath his feet. Unbeknownst to Rornir, it was Seiryu who -upon seeing Rornir's dedication and aptitude with Geomancy and his potential for a greater fate- reached out to Suzaku to spare the young viera.

Buntober Day 8: Arcadion

Rornir doesn't like Solution 9 very much. A lot of things make him uneasy about it. and while the use of certain practices upset him, he isn't blind to the happiness the Arcadion brings to its community.

Rornir's always happy to put on a show!

Buntober #7: Cozy

His favourite days are cozy, lazy, snuggle days with his husband.

Most people see him as an energetic, active, always on the go guy. Urianger is one of the few people who ever get to see him be a quiet flop bunny.

Quiet, cozy, cuddles and story time.

Buntober Day 6: Heavensward

Rornir made the wise decision to not go to Ishgard. Fearing his appearance and nature, as a suspicious Far Eastern Viera, would draw too much attention. A heretic and a spy set on uprooting Ishgard.

Instead he worked with his fellow Doman and helped Urianger. While he kept his distance and kept an eye on the scholar with suspicious meetings, he never doubted the scion had good intentions. Convincing his new found friend, Alisaie of that wasn't easy.

Buntober Day 5: Suzaku (Ifrit/Fire)

Suzaku is Rornir's patron, his deity of choice. Through her aid he channels his red magic: creation and destruction, passion, heart, the arts, deep love and sometimes a temper.

She saved his life and he is eternally grateful and indebted.

Buntober Day 4: Cosplay

Rornir has accidentally actually worn the same outfit as the Namazu before. He adores the squeaky fish folk. Blue isn't usually his colour, but he enjoys spending time with his moon bunny cousins. Urianger was not amused. lol

Buntober Day 3: Seat of the Sun

Rornir's always been very sun coded. Warmth. Light. Rising hope.

He was also technically born as a prophesized ruler, intended to sit the throne and lead his clan to victory in Othard.
