Social Media, we are here to stay!

The Latinx community is tired of not having their voice heard. It is disappointing that even with a physical presence they are discriminated against and judged. It is amazing to see now that they are using many social media platforms to be heard. Despite receiving racism digitally, the latinx community is here to stay. It is a way to influence others that they are enough and they motivate others to fight for their rights. For instance, Twitter is a good platform in which a community can be formed with hashtags, giving the Latinos the opportunity to fight and to also feel that they are not alone. There are many who even do not know what is going on with the Latinx community so it is nice to be informative on what situations are happening within our world. Social media platforms not only assist them in giving them a voice but also being proud of who they are.
