I’m depressed but I’m so tired of being told that my brain is just wrong and being put on meds. no I want to learn how to not be afraid of improving my life I don’t want pills that make me fat and uncreative 😭 I’ve had enough of them

I swear there has to be something wrong with me, health-wise. by all accounts I’m lucky to be a generally healthy person, but the general malaise, faintness, and derealization I experience on a day to day basis cant be what everyone else is feeling… right?? I suspect part of it is due to my low blood pressure (I feel heavy and generally out-of-it as a baseline.)and I think I might have something going on with my left ovary. my blood levels come back pretty normal and there aren’t glaring health issues when I go for checkups. yet I can’t shake the feeling something is wrong.
