Earlier this week i made fluffy pancakes following a couple youtube recipes. The sauce I made up on my own and is a blueberry lemon honey butter sauce
Inside shot of the pancake, I used a little vanilla coffee creamer in the batter for flavor and I can honestly say I enjoyed these pancakes more than the fluffy pancakes I’ve had in Japan!

Made this Mazesoba a month ago. First discovered Mazesoba from a new restaurant nearby which inspired me to try my hand at it!
After mixing it up (and esting some cause I couldnt wait) it’ll end up looking like that. The prep took a while but it came out delicious so it was worth the effort.
