Hello! You Found Me.

Hey there,

It appears that you were somehow able to find me. Well done!

I’ve been on Tumblr - or at least, had a Tumblr account - for a very long time now. I haven’t done much with it other than looking at gifs (or gifs), reading fan fiction, admiring illustrations and other forms of art. But I’ve always wanted to do something more with it. Something that can keep me occupied, while meeting and connecting with all you wonderful and interesting people. I’ve wanted to make a blog. Like, an actual blog.

This has been a dream of mine for a while now, but I had a lot of doubt going into it. There were so many reasons I kept finding not to do it. But a little more so than that was not really having the time to create one. Even now, I’m not exactly free to fully commit to this blog; I’m a college student and we’re quite far into the second semester now. I have a lot of assignments and projects and essays and exams to focus on, and so putting time into this blog seems very low on my priorities list.

I just don’t know when I’m going to have the time to dedicate myself to having a blog. But, it’s because of this that I’ve decided just to do it. To just take that initial step and see what happens. Maybe something great. Maybe it’ll fail miserably. But I’ll never know unless I try.

I intend to make this blog a place where you can get to know me a little bit better and I can do the same with you. A place where I can share the things that I like, my experiences and adventures. My successes and failures. A place I can call ‘my internet home’.

There are soooooo many things I’d like to share with you right now, but I need to take my time with this and ease into it. So, while there are plenty of things to come soon, I will leave you with this fantastic portrait of me by @johnwilinski.
