Saturday,September 10, 2016, when i got home that time, I'm very happy, when my mother scolded me and my evil spirit came out when i know  my sister bitten by a puppy and my evil spirit is bursting and i punch the door of the owner of the puppy , my mindset on that time is , i want to kill her, but i cant do it because of my conscience and i put on my mind is that “keep calm jay” this problem will be solved and after that i get my money and  i go out and played computer.

           Music is my life , music can release my stresses , music can burst my personality , therefore without music my life is boring. stress is primarily a physical response ,when we are stress he body thinks it is under attack and switches to 'fight or flight' mode. Music is a therapy established health profession in which music is used within a therapeutic relationship to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals.

This mandala is represented by myself because im like a broken pieces that want to be connected or want to be one, and because of that,sometimes im confident to do things and sometimes im shy to express myself. If you can see the black circle in the center it is like a barrier to me that affects my personality.
