           Music is my life , music can release my stresses , music can burst my personality , therefore without music my life is boring. stress is primarily a physical response ,when we are stress he body thinks it is under attack and switches to 'fight or flight' mode. Music is a therapy established health profession in which music is used within a therapeutic relationship to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals.

My stress reliever Destroying your body, losing friends, missing parties...all this because of sports. But would I change it? No way. Because this where i release my strees. I'm happiest when I'm playing my sport. Not worrying about life, just my teammates and myself. It will never be just a "game" to me

THIS WORKS FOR ME!                   We all know that people can’t escape from something that can make them stress. Despite of the stress they carry, they also find ways to cope up with the stress. There are many ways to reduce stress. For me, the thing that I do to reduce stress is to eat food. Well it is essential for us to to eat because in that way we can gain energy through the food that we intake and eating is one technique for me to relieve from stress.
