And I sound like an infant
Feeling like the very last drops of an ink pen
A greater woman stays cool
But I howl like a wolf at the moon
A greater woman has faith
But even statues crumble if they're made to wait
I'm so afraid I sealed my fate
No sign of soulmates
i refuse to believe she died. she faked her death and they eloped and live together happily in southern france with maybe a few cats and maybe a kid and maybe a little garden and perhaps they have a second apartment in paris so that they can still indulge in the music that brought them together

Christine and I have been going through life side by side for 7 years now. She is not just a favorite character for me, she is a close friend, a role model with whom I have a similar mindset and interests. I learn strength, inspiration, and tenderness from her!
The Phantom of the Opera will premiere in the capital city of Kampala, Uganda in May 2024 starring Peace Ayikoru and Joy Victoria Geria as Christine, as well as Mukiza and Gilbert Byamugisha as the Phantom.
I'm not seeing a ton of information like further casting, I believe this is associated with or using the performance spaces of Makerere University in Kampala. But the use of the full face mask logo makes me think this is actually the ALW/Hart/Stilgoe version
Christine and Erik: Although the Takarazuka/Yeston and Kopit versions are lighter and healthier than ALW, it’s still fundamentally damaged. Erik does not deceive Christine here, but he is still mentally not well, mostly from the treatment he’s received from everyone except for his dead mother (yes he has a mother complex here). He is extremely overprotective of Christine, outright saying the outside world is a hell he must protect her from.
Lydia and Beetlejuice: For context, listen to the song Creepy Old Guy from the musical.
