✧ After a targeted attack on the family he had worked for, Giulio realized how very corrupt the system could be, and if there was to be any change, it needed to start from within.

✧ Essentially, the mafia paid off the courts to dismiss their case. Really radicalizes a guy!

✧ Should technically be dead, but came out of the wreckage with two missing limbs, and a lost eye. Fortunately, the medical tech here is pretty advanced.

✧ His court gimmick is similar to Apollo's ability to 'perceive' but rather, he has to flip up his eye patch and zero in on the defendant's body language. There is nothing warning him that something is amiss, and he could very well miss it.

✧ Prettiest prosecutor in all of Italy.

｢✧｣ "Nothing like that, I'm afraid." Really, he was just trying to indulge himself on a nice mug of tea, until his appearance was something for the local children to fawn and coo over instead. As one child tries to sneak past Giulio, he's able to gently grab them by the collar with his cybernetic arm.

"I don't know how I ended up so lucky to babysit someone else's children." His statement, though scathing with sarcasm, could only really be ended with exasperation. He supposed he could be doing worse.

"I just can't guarantee how long you're going to be stuck here." And so, he ushered the little girl he caught back over to where her friends were. Hearing more coos of 'so cool!' and other statements like 'he's just like a robot!'. This was going to get old.

Looking between the crowd of children and the one-eyed man carving out an oasis of peace in their midst, Cecil's inclined to pity him.

❛ You're only one person, ❜ he points out reasonably. ❛ Not the most intimidating sight in the world. ❜ The eyepatch even gave him a neat little quirk, as if he was playing pirate while immersed in his role as the hired help.

❛ Are you not allowed to touch them? ❜ To which Cecil's eyes twinkled, before he caught the wrist of a passing child and hauled him up mid-air until they were staring eye-to-eye. The boy he caught blinked at him inexplicably, then struggled to break free.

｢✧｣ Well...That's pretty forward. If he wasn't so out of his element, he might've been more equipped to answer her question. Or rather: dismiss her question, and move along.

So, today was My Melo's lucky (?) day...Maybe?

"Just an accident." It's left vague as he played with the LCD screen that was on his forearm. He was trying to summon his motorcycle so he could get out of here, but only an error message would display: CONNECTION LOST. His cycle was out of range...a shame, really.

"I could ask the same of you: what's with the mascot get up?"

"Peddle?" My Melody tilted her head curiously as she stepped closer towards the stranger. "....Oh...chu mean selling stuff!" She waved her paw dismissively with a cheerful smile on her face.

"Nu-uh .... My Melo was just wondering why you have a metal arm..." Was he... a cyborg? Like in that one epic movie?! Starry The Pretty Cyborg Princess?!

Ah well, at the very least My Melody wasn't shy about her curiosity. Even if her question might have come off as a little blunt.

｢✧｣ Yep. Definitely still in Japan, while Giulio couldn't put a name to the mascot, he had a general enough understanding...And oh god: she was looking at him.

Awkwardly, the man made a shoo'ing motion with his robotic wrist. "Whatever you're trying to peddle, I'm not interested..."

｢✧｣ "They've been at this for awhile now." The screaming and running around, that is. The NPC children seemed to have nothing better to do, and no amount of stares or dirty glares from the butler seemed to help.

And he was just trying to set up some tea to clear his mind.

"I've barely managed to tune them out, but I would advise you to not even set up camp here, if you know what's good for you." While Giulio wasn't fond of the screaming, he did have a bit of an agenda of keeping an eye on them, they seemed inocent enough...But he wouldn't brazenly admit that, now would he?

｢✧｣ Giulio hardly remembered the cab ride here. He was fairly out of it for the most part during the ride. So, when he got dumped at the center of the city, with a pamphlet and a hot pink bb gun in hand, he's feeling a lot more akin to a fish out of water than anything else.

"Another one of their tricks, huh?" A last ditch effort to separate the neutralizer and the overmodifier, Giulio figured. So, he just had to navigate the labyrinth, and he'd find miss Anna and Dark Might, and maybe this charade would come to an end.

But, for now, he could play the part. He's been relatively patient thus far.
