A b99 concept

– One day, after the morning briefing Jake comes up to the front, saying that he has an announcement to make (Amy is also there just for context).

– He turns on the big tv screen and turns out the lights. An action trailer that he clearly made on iMovie starts to play

– It starts with Jake running through the streets, as if he’s chasing a perp and gets super cheesy real fast

– There’s slow motion at one point he gets into a ‘car chase’ (after he gets in the car it cuts to toy cars on his and Amy’s living room floor, spinning and flying etc. Before cutting back to live action) and a toy version of Jake is also shown jumping across paper maché buildings at some point

– It’s basically like the Die Hard trailer with zero budget

– And then he runs up to a Doctors Office, where Amy is having an ultrasound

– And then it shows an ultrasound picture and says: Baby Santiago-Peralta, coming November 2020

– And that’s how they tell the squad that they’re having a baby
