How can I be consistent with my workouts?
start by setting your goals
what do you want to improve in your body? what are the areas you want to train?
get organized
how much time a week do you want to dedicate to it? make an exercise plan each day, for example, monday and thursday you train glutes and legs, tuesday and friday you train abs, wednesday and saturday you can dedicate to another muscle group or stretching.
if you have a plan for each day and you know what you have to do you will be consistent and also the fact that you are doing this to improve yourself so there should be no more reason for you to create discipline little by little and be consistent.
you can also make small weekly challenges that will keep you motivated like abs in 14 days, and videos like that, and do them every day to create consistency, but for me, the key is organization and being focused on your goals.
create an exercise plan
the easiest way is to follow the free plans that youtubers create every week but you can also create them yourself (that's what i do) just select the videos you usually do and organize yourself, so the day of legs and glutes you can do 2 videos, the next day abs and so on constantly.

“A woman who doesn’t care for herself first is a woman who eventually becomes bitter, jaded, and bored by life. When a woman feels loved and radiant, everyone who enters her home feels the same. But the key is that she has to be willing to give it to herself first, and she will instinctively pour (what lives inside her) into everyone else.”

Walking is the key to getting healthy
Too tired to jog, or run, or do any of your more intense cardio? Take a walk.
Overwhelmed with work or school? Stressed out and need to clear your head? Take a walk.
Craving sugar or junk food? Take a walk.
Having trouble sleeping at night? Start taking more walks.
Walking is honestly the best. It clears your mind, it's easy exercise when you're not motivated or too tired to do more rigorous exercise, it helps with bad cravings, it helps you sleep at night. And that's only some of the benefits.
So if you're struggling to develop healthy habits or get started on your fitness journey, take a walk! You don't have to jump right into intense exercise, especially since it can be harder to keep up with it if you do. Start with just a short walk around the block. Over time, you'll start walking a lot more and a lot longer.
And suddenly, getting in shape and feeling better about yourself won't be so hard.
