Woo!
I'm on day 6 of the 90 day challenge and so far, I've had a couple slips. I'm so used to eating crap it's hard to just say no! I haven't gone over the calorie count or skipped a workout though, so here's to next week being solid and slip free :) The menu is really good though, I just get so tired and don't feel like cooking! But I really really want this. I think I will weigh in tomorrow and hopefully see a tiny bit of results although I'm not sure if I will see anything this early!

I started the Blogilates 90 day challenge today! I’m gonna try hard on the diet plan, but doubt I can stick to it rigidly - not with my mum always cooking crap!
I did the 30 day shred then 3 of Cassey’s videos. Never done the Britney one before…really shouldn’t do it at the end of a 1hr+ workout when your muscles are already tired!
On the plus side, I can do way more of the leg exercises now without stopping for rest. Yay!
