We remember the day we closed on this building. The smell from the units was so foul that our founder @callmetopher11 couldn’t even hold the camera still long enough to get decent pictures ! The previous landlord had tenants living with back-flow from the sewage coming through the toilet, bed bugs, roaches, mildew, and a leaking roof ! People should never have to live like this and it’s up to all of us all to make it right. We are at a war and the shitty landlords are winning !
