Merfolk are the master of the seas, able to live in both water and on land. Cougars are a race of humanoid cats native to the New World. Cougars are humanoid animals that walk upright on two legs. Cougars are physically similar to the common house cat, but stand roughly 1.2 meters tall (just under 4 feet), have wolf-like snouts, cat-like ears, and slim, graceful builds. Cougars can leap long distances and can jump walls by jumping twice in a row (in mid-air). Cougars are very intelligent and are known for their sharp intellects and excellent memories.
