an important announcement;
Alright everyone! The time has come for us to stop playing games and making excuses for the direction Nex is going. We love all of you dearly, and we value the friendships we’ve made with you over anything else. But when you’re members of an RP, taking up spots and face claims and connections, there is a certain responsibility of activity.
And while the admins certainly are not completely spotless with shirking that responsibility over the past few days / weeks, the amount of inactivity in this roleplay for months and months by our members isn’t going to work anymore. We’ve given numerous warnings, second chances, and opportunities for hiatuses. We’ve played good cop and bad cop and made official posts on the main and casual ones in the group chat — nothing works, no one cares, and it’s run the rp into the ground. You can’t have a functioning group with two or three or four people. It doesn’t work without the help of all the members, and in the past months — or even longer — the group has failed on every account.
As much as we love all of you, ex in it’s current iteration is dead. If and when we chose to bring it back, regardless of current characters or new ones, you’ll have to apply and explain activity limitations as much as any new member would, and will be kicked accordingly as also any new member would. We’re a friend group first and a roleplay second, but second doesn’t mean completely disregarded.
We hope you all respect the decision.
