You think that now that the RPGX is coming overseas, there's a possibility for new anime adaptations?
There's a small chance of an anime adaption for RPG(SFW) to happen with maybe ovas to be made for the H-scenes.

Why do your villains always try to fuck you and mind control you instead of just like... killing you?
"It's not an always thing but some of our foes seek to do more than kill us off. Taimanins are prizes if one was to capture them and turn them into their slaves. Not only do they have a strong asset that is surely to degrade but it also hurts our morale as well."

Simple, Shisui still has knowledge of the first Taimanin Gacha game that was hentai. So she knows who or what Fuuma was during that time.
