fandom WILL without fail always pick the INCORRECT character to be the omega/submissive/mpregged guy and then you just have to sit there and try not to cry about how wrong they are and they're torturing mr bodily autonomy issues with all these unwanted pregnancies when mr wants to be pregnant is right there but he's 6 feet tall and has 2 more muscles so he can't get pregnant i guess
#Tbh literally#stop getting tim “system who was forced into a mental ward” wright pregnant. jay merrick is right there#who said that#ng.rb

btw. if you're going to "aro people can still date" your way into shipping a canonically aromantic character with someone else, i WILL need a 1k words MINIMUM essay on how being aromantic affects their relationship.

Thinking about Masky. Thinking about how its pretty certain that, by the end of the series, Masky is probably dormant. Thinking about how Masky is such a protector, how it targets Alex to try to protect itself and people around it. Thinking about how it failed. Thinking about Masky.

People will say they want more weird queers, but some of y'all can't even comprehend a butch in exaggerated makeup.
#This is about Masky. Coughs#Ppl keep making her a hyperfemme housewife ToT#Like. Did we watch the same series#Shes clearly someone with a lot of masc signals just by nature of Tim playing her and her protective aggression.#She just also likes makeup.#But ppl literally draw and characterize her as if shes a woman from the 50s ToT#ng.txt

Hey, so, we know Brian was kinda of pissed off at systim at the start of season 3, with the whole "he is a LIAR" element of Entry 60, which seems pretty directly and aggressively pointed at Tim and gets repeated a few times, and him of course giving Jay Tim's private medical records for... what? (Seriously what does this accomplish.)
Most people in the fandom interpret all this as Brian feeing slighted by systim hiding their experience with the Operator as a kid from him, and lashing out by trying to hurt them, and I am inclined to agree. That read ties pretty well into how Brian continues to kind of hurt systim, by making Tim have a seizure in Entry 61 to get what he wants, (manipulating Tim and Jay together,) which honestly seems a bit uncharacteristically cruel, seeing as how Brian hesitates to even physically hurt Alex throughout the series.
These aren't necessarily super well thought out plans but almost spiteful actions instead. (Though I think Entry 61's decision was a little more thought out than the medical records.)
I think its especially interesting though how Entry 67 ties into this soap opera, and what it says about Masky and Brian's partnership towards the end of the series.
Because while Jay and Tim find this entry way later in the hospital, (hidden by Brian, huh,) it technically takes place directly after Entry 64/65, so around two months* after Entry 61, and in it we not only see Brian defend systim from Alex, but also tie him up purely so Masky can wail on him, and even when it then tries to leave him, he still tries to give her her mask back, all while keeping a watchful eye on her.
I wonder, do you think this entry was his own weird way of trying to apologize? By showing Masky he is still looking out for her, initially by dragging her to safety, but then by trying to give her something to get het anger out with by proxy, giving her her face back as a way to give her agency back? To show he trusted her and was sorry?
Do you think when he was recording her at the end, hopeful she would accept that peace offering? Only for her to leave even her own face behind in favor of leaving him? Do you think he realized then just how terribly he had ruined things?
✱ Entry 61 is posted August 8th 2012, and judging by the fact Jay says it was "just storming," I am willing to bet this Entry was posted on the day, before he went out to look for Tim. Meanwhile, Entry 64 is posted October 12th 2012, and seems pretty adamant and urgent, which doesn't make me think Jay would dawdle on posting or editing it.

Me as a kid rubbing my fingers across the screen of my gba to pet my lv 67 Mightyena so it won't faint this turn & attack through confusion to finally beat the E4 having no knowledge of type matchups or proper teambuilding but relying solely on the power of love & friendship (&RNG) to win

Maybe this is just me being stupid, but while Brian does use Entry 62 to get Tim and Jay back together, do you think he did it through such an explicitly cruel way, (making Tim have a seizure,) because he was still angry at Masky for "hiding" the medical records? Because at the time he seems to be pretty angry at Tim about it by proxy, though he gets over it. Do you think he regretted it later when it meant Masky stopped coming to him and helping him.

everytime you push a chatacter into a sterotype that completely undermines their character story and growth i approach your location a bit faster from the nearest forest to you with a trail of blood that certainly isn't mine and slightly too pale skin and also a fucking knife
