Julia smiles. "Ah, thanks Rod! I'll be sure and put you down for the drawing, then when you get pulled you can take Michelle on a date." She winks at him and accepts the money.

Julia smiled and accepted the money. "Ah, thanks! And what's your name? So I can put you in for the drawing."

"You too," she said, hugging him quickly and then waving as she walked off. Julia really liked to give hugs, just touching people really. She thought hugs were the best in the world. She hoped Wizard didn't mind her tendencies too much.

"Have a good night," she called to him.

The blonde tapped her chin, watching Popuri pull her hair up. "An island? All by yourself though? You'd get quite a suntan."

She smiled slyly at the girl. "No one you'd want to bring with you to an island in the middle of the ocean?"

“Cities really are too noisy.” she shook her head and placed her pencil sideways in her mouth, while she reached her hands back to tie her hair into a high ponytail.

“A jungle? That sounds awesome!” she smiled and set the pencil down, and looked back over to her again. “Hmm… I think I’d go to an island in the middle of the ocean. It’d be so peaceful…” she stared up at the ceiling, in a dream like state.

Julia laughs with him. "It does sound nice. And so many animals are coming with us."

Her dorm loomed above them, little lights coming into focus and illuminating their path. "Ah, that walk was shorter than I thought. I guess it's because I was with a friend." She smiled at him.

I smile openly “That sounds like a place for me… It would also be nice to have a open field to train in.” I giggle.

Julia looked up, surprised to hear someone talking to her, but smiled when she saw Toby. 

"I was up a little late the other night," she said, remembering watching the stars with Wizard. "But other than I'm good. Do I look tired?"

She saw his eyes travel to her drawings and she flushed at his comments. "Thank you. I really love animals." She finished adding a fluffy tail to a baby sheep. She looked up, grabbing her yogurt and opening it up. "It's nice to see you again," she started. "How have you been?"

“Hello there,” A quiet voice said from across the table. Slowly Toby sat himself down near her, a gentle smile on his face, “You look a little tired; are you making sure to get enough sleep?”

It was probably just the fact he couldn’t tell the difference between ‘tired’ and ‘lonely’ or ‘sad’, but Toby got the slight feeling something was off… He rubbed the back of his neck as he realised that he.. probably wasn’t the best person to be around at these times. But he still tried to make conversation, of course, “Those are lovely drawings. Very cute.”

The cafeteria was busy, as usual, and Julia found herself sitting alone. Her tray, which had a baked yam, a side of salad, some yogurt and a fruit drink on it, had been pushed to the side. Her hand cradled her head as she idly doodled on the paper in front of her, occasionally taking a bite of her food as she drew tiny pictures of animals. Honestly, she wished she had made a few more friends by now, but she was rather hesitant about reaching out to people. It always seemed to end in disaster. So instead she ate alone, drawing her doodles and hoping to show them to Popuri later.

Julia nodded at his words. "I agree. I didn't really like living in the city, so I'm glad my mom is moving us to the country. Fresh air, open spaces and plenty of stars."

Julia follows him, trailing behind him a bit. "It does look nice at night. Kinda gives you.. a new perspective on things." She clasped her hands behind her back, feeling her pony tail brush against her hands. "I'm amazed you can see the stars so well out here. In the city all the lights cover them up."

I smile back “I think it looks nicer at night… But I will admit night time is never a time one should be alone…” I begin to walk towards your dorm slowly with a dorky smile.

She was about to say that she wasn't tired, just a little sleepy, after all she wasn't used to this, and then as if on cue she a gave a loud yawn. 

"I guess I am a little tired," she said, laughing a little. "I'd really appreciate it if you'd walk me back." She slowly stood up, brushing the grass and dirt from her bare legs. "The campus looks different at night time," she commented. "So it'll be good to have someone with me." She smiled at him.

“No it isn’t. I am usually in bed a hour ago…” I get up slowly and wipe my self down. “Do you want me to walk you to your dorm? You look really sleepy…”I rub my arm as I stare at my feet.

Katie- 4. I don't know her that well, but she's really pretty and I'd like to know her more. I think she's only interested in guy's though.

Georgia- 4. My new room mate. We haven't had much of a chance to talk but I feel the same way about her as I do Katie.

Eunice- 4. The owner of the Turtle Duck Daycare. She was so kind and wonderful with the Kappa children. I bet she'd be wonderful to be with.

Guys

Wizard- 5. He's such a sweetheart. A little mysterious. I think I'd need more time to get to know him before I decided if I'd want to date him though.

Toby- 4. He's a really nice guy, very understanding. I'd love to get to know him more.

Kappa- 4. At this point I just want to get to know him more. Not many seem to know much about Kappas. Dating him? Uhm.. I'm not sure really. It's not that far-fetched but it won't be happening anytime soon, if at all.

And there was that feeling again. As if he read minds. Maybe she was only thinking that because he seemed to answer her question and she knew he could do magic. It made her a little uncomfortable. But he wouldn't just read people's minds would he? He seemed too nice for that. 

"Well, I'm glad they're there for you then," she said, smiling, pushing aside her thoughts.

She slowly sat up, stretching her limbs. "Do you always stay up this late," she asked. This was usual for her, she knew. She couldn't imagine how baggy her eyes might look tomorrow.

“I am happy. The stars aren’t that bad of masters really… They take good care of me. They guide me to the right path and they have never left me… They are always there for me… If I didn’t serve them then the worlds shadows will encroach this earth…” I tilt my head so I can see you slowly opening my eyes. “Even if I had the chance to for go my title as the Star-Wanderer I wouldn’t…” I smile.

Answer this as your Teen!self and your Adult!self: How will you know if you have lived a full life?

Teen!Self: When I reach a point where I can help others. Not just people, but animals too. 

Adult!Self: To be able to do my own thing. Helping my mom is important and I love to help her. I know she'd have a hard time managing the ranch without me but I'd really love to open up my own place. Maybe a vet clinic for farm animals or something. I just want to feel useful in my own way.

Julia wasn't quite sure she believed him. Well, she did, It sure sounded like he had made the best of a bad situation. But she wondered if he had had a choice, would he still choose this life? That seemed rather rude to ask though.

"Well, as long you're happy with your life. I know what the stars teach you is important but if you're not happy then..." she shrugged to herself. "It feels like, what's the point?" She started to twirl a strand of her hair. That's what she thought, anyway.

“Sometimes… Don’t get me wrong the stars are great…” I weakly smile “If anything they are the best father I have ever had. They have taught me so much and shown me so much. They are the ones that really taught me life lessons. The Star of Law, Star of Peace, Star of Good and Evil… Even the Star of Death…”

Tired of being cooped up in the school, Julia had wanted to explore the surrounding area a bit more, She wondered around town, taking in the sights and the came to a book cafe. Curious, she wondered in and, after a brief glance around the place, walked up to the stools, hoping to order something.

That's when a boy turned, introducing himself as Toy. What a strange name. But he was kind of cute too. "Hi," she said, smiling and hovering near the seat next to him. "I'm Julia. Anyone sitting here, handsome?"

Toy had been in and out as of late, letting life take him where he needed to be. That’s how he dealt with it; kind of like a feather in the breeze. School was passing him by, but he was bound to be looking for something new to do, you know? Legs hanging comfortably from a stool in the Book Cafe, he whistled a tune to himself. 

Before he knew it, a looming shadow was heading his way. Hmm.. just how I like it! “Why hello there! I haven’t seen you around, have I? I’m Toy and it’s a pleasure to meet you!”
