Hi, I wanted to talk about a lucid dreaming method that I’ve been using recently and put it out here incase it helped anyone like it has me!
So I’ve been apart of the LOA community on tumblr since 2022 but I’ve known about shifting since 2020 and for years I’ve been off and on focusing on trying to shift. Most recently I got very motivated because of a new DR and have really honed in my efforts to get there. I realized that I don’t like awake methods because I put too much pressure on myself to shift and am constantly checking my surroundings, so I decided to start lucid dreaming 🛌 .
I’ve been able to lucid dream over the years with intention so I started looking back into old methods of LD like WBTB and doing reality checks, listening to subliminals throughout the day, having that intentional, all those things. See WBTB has worked for me but I found something that has made me personally LD each time I did it, so twice.
Like WBTB, you set an alarm for about an hour or two before you wake up. For me the first time around, that was my cat at 4:53 waking me for food. I got up and did that for her, I brushed my teeth, and laid back in bed to scroll on my phone. I fell back asleep around 5:40. I have to wake for school at 6 so when my alarm went off
I felt hella sleepy. I said to myself, just 15 more minutes, and that’s what I did. I put on a LD subliminal on Musi with a sleep timer of 15 minutes. I fell asleep, was dreaming, and then almost immediately became conscious in my dream. I tried to shift without making a portal or grounding myself though and woke up here. But I thought this might be helpful for some people who like sleeping in or have time in the morning to do a shifting attempt.

my long awaited void state success story ˘ ³˘
some of y’all may know that my #1 goal when i started this blog was to finally enter the void state. i knew i could manifest without it but for some reason i felt like it was a necessity to enter that state in order to change my life entirely. i later found many other distractions and methods that made me not desire the void state as much as i did. i was able to completely change my appearance, my relationships, personality, mental health, and much more without using that method which made me completely take it off the pedestal. but recently i entered it, here’s how it went…
how did i enter? i was meditating (per usual) and the void state entered my mind for the first time in a minute. something told me “just do it” even though i have no active desires. i tried to think of at least a couple things to manifest but i couldn’t come up with some but i was still gonna do it anyway. so i just laid in the position i usually sleep in and started affirming…
- the void state is easy to enter
- i love being in the void state
- i enter the void state effortlessly
(those are the only affirmations i remember affirming).
my intention was to wake up in the void state so i just affirmed and affirmed until i fell asleep. then boom… i woke up in the void state. i knew for a fact that i was in it when i absolutely could not feel my body. i was literallyyy nothing but my mind. that was one of the main things i never understood about the void state prior to entering it: how the hell do you not feel your body at all? but it was just like i was fully relaxed and floating. moving on, i wasn’t super excited like i thought i would be, i just felt regular.. like it wasn’t new to me. maybe that’s because i’ve known about it for so long but wasn’t obsessing over it idk. also! i heard that some people see stars when they’re in that state, ian see no damn stars everything was black as shit. and it wasn’t scary at all either so stop letting fear stop you.
okay moving on fr, since i had no desires at the moment i just decided to manifest having the best manifesting skills meaning that all i have to do is affirm once and then i have it instantly. the affirmation i used was “i have mastered manifesting”. after that i just set the intention to wake up at 8am (my sleep schedule has been really fucked up for the past few weeks so when i was setting that intention to wake up at 8am i low key assumed that my sleep schedule would be fixed so i guess you can say i manifested fixing my sleep too).
of course, at 8am i woke up and everything was normal of course. you know when you just had a long ass dream that you thought was real but wake up just to realize it’s fake and you try to comprehend everything?? yeah i was starring at the wall for like 5 minutes before i actually got up lollll. i knew the void state was real but finally entering it just felt like a huge achievement. the first thing i manifested was an ice cold lemonade to be on my dresser (the ones that they sell at chinese food restaurants! blessed) and after i affirmed i literally watched it appear on my dresser! instantly! it was sooo cool i’m happy i manifested that skill cus as someone who used to be soo impatient… i very much deserve this.
i’ve gotten into the void state over 2 weeks ago (august 31st) and since then i’ve manifested much other things. i can make another post soon but for today i just wanted to share the story. it was so easy for me to get in and it can be just as easy for you too <3.

When noticing things I dont like in the physical world, I don't like to say things like "It doesn't matter because I'm going to shift soon anyway" as means of recognising the 3d is temporary because it reinforces the old beliefs that I haven't already shifted and im not in my dr. This is NOT living in imagination!!
So instead, I say
"it doesn't matter because I have already shifted and the 3D is temporary"
"I always manifest in 3 days or less anyway"
and "Nothing can ruin my manifestations. It is already done".
Not only does this reaffirm I am in control of my manifestations but it also develops my dominant beliefs

How To Shift Realities
An in-depth guide by Vanessa Faron

Introduction & Disclaimer
By the time you are finished reading this, you will know how to shift. You will have all the information you need in order to shift to your desired realities. Whether you actually apply this information is your call. If you apply, you will shift.
If you come from a shifttok background like me, the chances are you’ve been exposed to an insane amount of misinformation and limiting beliefs. I managed to escape this through my own research but I’m aware not everyone has managed to do this. This is why I’m here. Shifttok is unfortunately still full of misinformation. I am not saying this with any malice or ill intention. I made this account to try and help.
Before I go any further I want to clarify a few things:
I do not think I’m a shifting God. I don’t have the ability to make you shift, you do. I’m merely here to provide all the information that I think is helpful in regards to the Law of Assumption, which is in my opinion, the key to shifting. I truly believe that we need to look at shifting through the manifestation lens in order to understand it.
If this rubs you the wrong way or doesn’t resonate, you don’t have to take my advice. Please be aware I will not be arguing about it anywhere.
Law of Assumption
Now, let's get into it. What is the Law of Assumption?
I don’t find it easy to summarise, but in the simplest of ideas it is that whatever you believe to be true, is true for you. It is not “just another shifting method” it is the reason for everything. This will make more sense later on.
Let me go over a few things you need to know about the Law.
Your imagination is reality. This is the most important bit of information I can give you. We’ve been taught to see the physical world as reality and that our imagination is just imagination. However, everything in our physical world comes from imagination. Our physical world is a direct reflection of us. Our assumptions, beliefs and our state/identity. The physical world is not a separate from us, we are in power over it.
I mentioned that the physical world is a reflection, so to make a simple analogy, think of it as a mirror. Now think of a real mirror. You look in the mirror and you don’t like your reflection. What do you do? Try and change the mirror? No, you don’t change the mirror. You change yourself. You fix your makeup, change your outfit, do your hair, whatever. You change yourself. The mirror now reflects your new look. Your new state. Your new story. This is how you should see reality. The physical world is reflecting your inner world. Therefore, how do you change the physical world? You change the inner world.
I will be using some shorter terms, so just to clarify:
Physical/outer world = 3D
Imagination/inner world = 4D
How to Apply
So how do you change the inner world?
It’s actually very simple. You just have to be the person who has what you want. I know that sounds vague so I will go into a bit more detail.
It all comes down to using your imagination.
Think about what you want. Since we are using the context of shifting, imagine your DR.
You can use various methods to imagine. Whether that’s visualisation, affirmations, scripting, whatever works for you. Use your imagination to see your DR. Use your imagination to be in your DR. Stay in imagination for a time and allow yourself to feel fulfilled. By fulfilled, I don’t mean that you have to feel strong emotions, you just need to feel fulfilled in the fact that you are already there. How do you know you are already there? You saw it in imagination. Imagination is reality.
When you accept that you are in your DR through imagination, your state naturally changes. What is your state? Your I AM. Your I AM/state is who you are. The reason some of you are not shifting is because your I AM is “I am someone who hasn’t shifted. I am someone who hasn’t shifted in the 4 years I’ve been trying.” The second you identify as a master shifter, you are a master shifter. Start saying “I am a master shifter.” Start saying “I am someone who has already shifted. I am someone who is currently in my DR.”
So then what? Simple. You continue with your day knowing that you have already shifted. Remember, you saw your DR in imagination, your reality. You have accepted that it’s true for you because it is. You are already there. You have already shifted. All you need to do is persist in the knowledge that you have already shifted. There is literally nothing else you need to do.
What? That’s it? Yep, that’s it.
What about attempting to shift? Why would you attempt to shift when you’ve already shifted?
What about methods? You. Do. Not. Need. Methods.
Thoughts on Methods
Unfortunately a lot of shifters are very heavily focused on methods. The general assumption of that community is that you just need to find the right method for you. This is false. The shift comes from you accepting your new reality and letting go of the old one. Methods can help you get there but they are NOT what makes you shift. You are what makes you shift. I need everyone to understand this.
I am not saying methods are useless. They’re not. They really do help some people. I never liked them or found them useful but I understand why some people do. If they work for you, wonderful. Use them. However, I stand by the fact you don’t need them. This is a controversial take but you also don’t need to meditate to shift. Again, I’m not saying meditation is useless because it’s definitely not. It is a great tool for regulating your nervous system when unwanted thoughts pop up and for observing your thoughts coming in. You do not need it to shift.
Another limiting belief that some shifters still have is that you need to “detach from your CR” in order to shift. That you have to be in an altered state of consciousness. You don’t. Shifting is instantaneous and it can happen at any time in any state. Wide awake, while asleep, it can happen ANY TIME. You are not travelling to another reality. You are changing the reality around you using the power of your consciousness. We shift awake literally all the time. It is no different when shifting to your DR.
How to Shift
To summarise it down to a step-by-step “method”, here is how to shift realities:
1. Identify where you want to be.
2. Be there in imagination.
3. Accept your imagination as reality. You have already shifted. You are already there.
4. Persist in the knowing that you have shifted and there’s nothing else to do.
That’s it. It is that easy.
There are a few more things I want to talk about to really make sure you are getting the most out of this information.
A lot of us feel 3D oriented, which I totally understand. We got into shifting with the intention of physically being in our DRs. Don’t worry, you will be. However, in order to physically shift you need to internally shift. By doing this, you need to take power away from the 3D. If you see your DR in imagination, then return to the physical world and start thinking “well where is it” or “why am I not there yet” you are not really understanding this.
The second you start looking at the 3D for confirmation that you’ve shifted is when you give power back to the 3D and you start thinking from a place of lack. You have to look within for your validation. The validation will always come from YOU. As I said before, your 4D is where “creation” begins. So when you are feeling doubts, return to imagination to feel fulfilled and then carry on with your day, keeping the feeling of knowing that you’ve already shifted because you HAVE.
YOU SAW IT IN IMAGINATION. YOUR REALITY. YOU HAVE ALREADY SHIFTED. YOU ARE ALREADY THERE.
That is literally all you need to do. Your 3D will naturally conform.
Don’t worry about the how and the when in regards to the physical shift. The how will happen however it happens, and the when doesn’t matter because time isn’t real anyway. You just have to know that it is done the second you see it in your imagination. It is done. The how and the when is none of your concern, you are already there. You’ve shifted! Congratulations!
Another thing I feel the need to address:
I’m aware some of you guys are shifting to escape from your current realities. I was like you and I completely understand and sympathise. I will give you the advice that helped me but if it doesn’t resonate, I apologise and understand.
Circumstances only have an affect on us because we give them meaning. Nothing has meaning until we give it meaning. There’s a phrase that helped me deal with unfavourable 3D circumstances: Observe, don’t absorb. Observe the unwanted things but don’t let it shake your knowing that you have already shifted. None of it matters because you are not here anymore. This did take me a while to come to grips with, so give it time. But keep on applying this and things will seem much easier. I applied this and after a while my anxiety levels were at an all time low and nothing was able to shake the knowing that I was already in my DR. Nothing here mattered. I already shifted.
Summary and Final Thoughts
Finally, to summarise again, here’s how to shift using the Law:
Change your state by changing your I am, using your imagination and accepting that you have already shifted. Persist in that knowledge. That is all.
As I mentioned before, a lot of you guys enjoy methods, which is totally cool, so if you would like to continue with methods, just identify as someone who shifts every time they do their method. If you still wake up in your CR when you do your method, no you didn’t. You successfully shift every time, remember? Just persist in that knowing and it will reflect in your reality.
This is all the information you need. However, if you would like to do your own research like I did, I recommend EdwardArt on YouTube and the Neville Goddard subreddit. They made it click for me.

It's easy to lose yourself in the material world. The world can be emotionally loaded, it can make you feel intensely and because of that you suddenly feel everything to be so fatal. Then it's easy to forget about the law and fall into the trap of self-victimisation.
I think this trap is where most of us have been our whole lives. We feel that things happen to us, not that things happen from us. And even once we know about and practice the law, it's still easy to stay in that trap. You assume something, but then you look for evidence, you try to force something to come to life and keep thinking about what you could do to actually make your desire realise. Sounds familiar?
But what you must realise is that the realisation of your desire is subconscious and effortless. There is no effort to be made. Stop focusing on this mindset of lack where you're constantly looking. Make peace with the world around you, however it has appropriated itself. Who cares what the world has to say? Just focus on your assumptions. Your inner-self is who you have to focus on.
Blessed is she that believed; for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord. Luke 1:45
Belief is the keyword here. It shall inevitably materialise. Know that it is done.
Your assumption guides all your conscious and subconscious movements towards its suggested end so inevitably that it actually dictates the events. (Neville)
This is why it works. You live your whole life through imagination, through your consciousness. Your assumption determines everything: how you think, how you act, how you see things. It also determines what you see in life. It governs everything. Because consciousness is everything.
Dear friend, do not imitate what is evil but what is good. Anyone who does what is good is from God. Anyone who does what is evil has not seen God. 3 John 1:11
Evil = fear, good = love. Everything you do from fear, is not in accordance with the desired state.
Do not worry about what might go wrong if your new state fashions itself in your world. To worry about the future is to not be the state. Feel you are already who you want to be as a present fact and you will not fear. (Edward Art)
If you're living in fear, you are not in your desired state. Feel it right now and fear will fade away.

“do i HAVE to visualize?” no, but wouldn’t you rather daydream about the best possible outcome instead of the worst?
“do i HAVE to meditate?” no, but don’t you love some peace and quiet and connecting with your spirit guides and the source energy of the universe?
“do i HAVE to script?” no, but wouldn’t you rather write about incredible things that could happen instead of harping on old negative circumstances?
you don’t HAVE to do any methods or techniques to manifest. you manifest just my virtue of being a living, breathing, conscious human. but wouldn’t you rather feel good on your way to it? it’s about becoming the kind of person who lives their best life on auto-pilot, not practicing different methods until you get what you want and then going back to your old patterns. this ideal self shit is for the long-haul.

how to manifest except i made it short, sweet and simple.
how to manifest? just be fulfilled. literally that's all. what does it mean to be fulfilled? being fulfilled is when you build a belief to the point it turns into a conviction. a conviction being a thing that no matter if you see it or not, if you believe it or not, you KNOW it's true no matter what.
"how do i fulfill myself?" it depends on the person so only you know that! some people feel fulfilled by listening to subliminals, robotic affirming, visualizing, just deciding and forgetting about it, making spells or who knows what else. just pick something that resonates with you and makes you not waver on the fact that you have it. once you know it's true, it will manifest no matter what.
what does NOT fulfill you (aka makes your manifestation not happen)? validating the 3d (since it's fulfilling what you don't want aka manifesting more of the undesired), identifying with the ego (also fulfilling what you don't want), pay attention to time (fulfilling the idea that you don't have it right now), etc.
so, what do i do to avoid those? when you feel un-fulfilled (doing the last things i mentioned), just come back to doing whatever makes you feel fulfilled again until you don't feel lack. repeat everytime this happens as much as you want.
when you know it's true no matter what you see in this illusion... congrats, you did it :)

all you need to know to manifest like the master you are.
don’t care when it’ll happen, how it’ll happen, or if it happens at all. it doesn’t matter if it’s externally true or not. only care about the feeling, about feeling it as deeply as you can and holding it for as long as you can. if you feel that, not only will you not care if it actually happens (because in your inner reality and in your mind, it’s already happened/happening), but you’ll be too busy feeling it and feeling good about feeling it to look for it on the outside. live in your inner world and before you know it the external will match your internal. this was the manifesting breakthrough for me. this is when it clicked. i used to try and estimate when something will happen, trying to control the external. i’d feel hopeless and defeated, but when i realized this, everything changed. you don’t control the external world. you can’t. trying to control the external world is pointless. what you can do, is control your internal, and that changes the external on your behalf.

Hello! How are you? I am very good for now. because after trying for over a year I switched to void state last night very easily! it was an incredibly amazing experience for me. I stumbled upon your account on tumblr a few days ago, I saw a lot of people have succeeded with the method you suggested! I felt so happy for them!
Now I will tell my own success story.
I used to be so obsessed with it that I was just procrastinating and "trying" to get into the void when I had so much work to do whenever I had free time.
Throughout this process, I always thought that I would not succeed and always went back to the beginning. I was very bad with everyone around me, I was constantly fighting and exposed to violence. In short, I was experiencing hell on this earth.
Months passed and I decided to focus on my life a little bit. I tried to think positively and convince myself how easy it was for me to manifest. But there was one very important thing that I forgot, all the evil forces in this hell were coming only on me, only me.
I spent the whole of last year and the first months of this year like a living dead...
But in these last few days, I have made a decision that will radically change my life. Before, I tried every method to enter void constantly, but something was not going well every time. So I decided that it would be easier and more useful to just assume that I woke up there, rather than making dozens of efforts to enter void 2 days ago.
THE DAY I FINALLY ENTERED THE VOID CONSCIOUSLY!
I didn't listen to the subliminal, I just did a 20-minute meditation, my wish to revisit life in more detail. At the end of the meditation, I said only one affirmation: I will wake up in void tonight.
I wasn't tired and very sleepy that night (these are usually what people think is necessary for a void).I just lay on my bed in my usual position and affirmed that I would wake up in void at night. After that I already went straight to sleep.
I woke up in the middle of the night, I didn't move. The sounds were so muffled, it's like you're listening to a song through a broken earpiece, that's how I heard it. I stayed like that for a few minutes, then the sounds suddenly stopped and I felt myself being pulled into the darkness. My heart was beating so fast, so I focused on calming myself. I couldn't feel my body anymore, as if someone was separating my soul from my body and floating it in a vacuum of space. That's when I realized that I really succeeded! And I calmed down for a while and then said my affirmations. I didn't make a special list, so I said it all one by one.
My manifests:
The face and body I dreamed of down to the smallest detail
My desired name, surname(i have two names in different languages)
My dream room and house with all the items on my Pinterest board(There were almost 50K pins on the board I mentioned...)
I overhauled my father as someone else entirely. With his nationality, zodiac sign, appearance, name.(I also added that he is a person who gets along perfectly with his 4 children and his wife!)
I made my mother younger in appearance, not in age, I also wished her a happy and peaceful life in every way.
As for our financial situation, my father is an extraordinarily wealthy businessman, we own the largest house and the most luxurious car in my city. We also have 4 modern apartments and 1 huge villa in another city! It does not end with these, we also have houses in America, France, England!
I also manifested new phone and other electronic gadgets.
We are 4 siblings in the family and we all get along very well, no hurtful words and no violence!
I have a private room for my unfinished clothes in my room and a very nice bathroom adjacent to my room!
I also manifested success in the lessons: no matter how long the paragraph is, it stays in my mind only once I read it and I never forget it! I do not have a single error in all the tests I have solved.
We have a total of 4 pets including 2 cats and a puppy and a husky dog. Our garden is huge, with a big swing, a covered area to sit in in the winter, and lots of lavender flowers, white roses!
By the way, I manifested that I have lived this life from the beginning, so our house is full of memories we have accumulated with my siblings and parents since childhood, our childhood photos everywhere, emotional diaries my mother wrote when she was pregnant.
I also manifested new friends to myself: one of them is famous (keep this part private lol), I wished to meet him since childhood. Apart from her, I also have a male friend who is our family friend and my best friend who lives with us.
That's all I wanted, I left everything else to my subconscious and my last sentence before leaving the void was "I will open my eyes to the life I dreamed of".
Finally, when I came out of the void, I heard my brother's voice, scolding me for turning off the air conditioner in my room and leaving it on until morning, and saying that he would be very upset if I got sick. (it did indeed come true more perfectly than I had imagined! )
The reason why I wrote my success story and the life I manifested at length is this: most people limit their desires and try to make do with less. Believe me, I was thinking the same way a month ago, thinking that living the life I wanted was unfair to the people in my life. But lately, thanks to what those people did to me, I realized that all this time I had been unfair to myself, not to them. After realizing this, I reminded myself that I only deserved the life of my dreams.
And now that I'm who I should be, I'm pretty happy with it. I can't thank you enough my dear. The success stories you shared motivated me a lot and helped me take action.

the BEST & FASTEST way to manifest
affirming.
yes thats it.
all you need to do is just affirm in the present tense, and PERSIST. no matter what you see, or hear in the 3D, you need to persist. don't stop repeating to yourself that you ALREADY have what you want. there is no magical method. just affirm. what works the best for me is mindless robotic affirming. i don't wine or complain or think about anything else, i just stay completely focused and i keep repeating the same thing over and over again.
i'd get my manifestation in 1-2 days, a week at most. i've never had to wait longer than a week for my manifestations with robotic affirming. there's no need to "feel it real" or do "SATS" or take any action in the 3D. the 3D is a dead mirror. once you react to unfavorable circumstances in the 3D, all you do is reaffirm your old unfavorable beliefs, since your outer world is a reflection of your mind. remember that in order to see change in the 3D, you need to change your thoughts IMMEDIATELY. as soon as something unfavorable pops up, affirm the opposite. affirm every second that you possibly can. affirm whenever you don't need to focus on something and give it your full attention.

How to Stop Thinking?
Osho: THINKING cannot be stopped. Not that it does not stop, but it cannot be stopped. It stops of its own accord. This distinction has to be understood, otherwise you can go mad chasing your mind. No-mind does not arise by stopping thinking. When the thinking is no more, no-mind is. The very effort to stop will create more anxiety, it will create conflict, it will make you split. You will be in a constant turmoil within. This is not going to help.
So what to do? -- your question is relevant. Watch -- don't try to stop. There is no need to do any action against the mind. In the first place, who will do it? It will be mind fighting mind itself. You will divide your mind into two; one that is trying to boss over -- the top-dog -- trying to kill the other part of itself, which is absurd. It is a foolish game. It can drive you crazy. Don't try to stop the mind or the thinking -- just watch it, allow it. Allow it total freedom. Let it run as fast as it wants. You don't try in any way to control it. You just be a witness. It is beautiful!
Mind is one of the most beautiful mechanisms. Science has not yet been able to create anything parallel to mind. Mind still remains the masterpiece -- so complicated, so tremendously powerful, with so many potentialities. Watch it! Enjoy it! And don't watch like an enemy, because if you look at the mind like an enemy, you cannot watch. You are already prejudiced; you are already against. You have already decided that something is wrong with the mind -- you have already concluded.
And whenever you look at somebody as an enemy you never look deep, you never look into the eyes. You avoid! Watching the mind means: look at it with deep love, with deep respect, reverence -- it is God's gift to you! Nothing is wrong in mind itself. Nothing is wrong in thinking itself. It is a beautiful process as other processes are. Clouds moving in the sky are beautiful -- why not thoughts moving into the inner sky? Flowers coming to the trees are beautiful -- why not thoughts flowering into your being.
The river running to the ocean is beautiful -- why not this stream of thoughts running somewhere to an unknown destiny? is it not beautiful? Look with deep reverence. Don't be a fighter -- be a lover. Watch! -- the subtle nuances of the mind; the sudden turns, the beautiful turns; the sudden jumps and leaps; the games that mind goes on playing; the dreams that it weaves -- the imagination, the memory; the thousand and one projections that it creates. Watch! Standing there, aloof, distant, not involved, by and by you will start feeling...
The deeper your watchfulness becomes, the deeper your awareness becomes, and gaps start arising, intervals. One thought goes and another has not come, and there is a gap. One cloud has passed, another is coming and there is a gap. In those gaps, for the first time you will have glimpses of no-mind, you will have the taste of no-mind. Call it taste of Zen, or Tao, or Yoga. In those small intervals, suddenly the sky is clear and the sun is shining. Suddenly the world is full of mystery because all barriers are dropped. The screen on your eyes is no more there.
You see clearly, you see penetratingly. The whole existence becomes transparent. In the beginning, these will be just rare moments, few and far in between. But they will give you glimpses of what samadhi is. Small pools of silence -- they will come and they will disappear. But now you know that you are on the right track -- you start watching again. When a thought passes, you watch it; when an interval passes, you watch it. Clouds are also beautiful; sunshine also is beautiful. Now you are not a chooser.

OMG 😳 I entered void with the wim Hoff breathing method it was QUICK,I would also like to thank @graychrissy she made it thousand times easier for me to get in the void state because I was struggling to get rid of the nagative mindset.
And also would like to thank you for this amazing post we don't have tiktok here in India so I'm so thankful for telling us this amazing method.
So so when I saw your post today when I woke up I felt a little confident because Pink also had a similar method but I failed with it. But it gave it a second shot today because I love you🥹🌹, at first I was struggling ALOT to stay calm I was getting demotivated with all this negative thought. So I texted Christy and she helped me and told me to observe my thoughts and to stop identify myself as this body (it's easier once you try) and since she also practice non duality she told some stuff which made it easier for me.
And just few hours ago I entered void very quickly,after the breathing technique,my thoughts reduce alot but this time instead of going back to focus on my thought I observe them,slowly but gradually I drifted and my heartbeat got faster but again as Chrissy told to don't identify with the thought,feeling,and body just observe them.
And it probably didn't even took less then 10. Minutes to enter void😳🤯 like I'm shock,the experience was surreal and I affirm for me to enter void easily with this method every single time.

Enter the void in less than 2 minutes
Guys i was testing something out for fun AND WHEN I TELL YOU!!!! IT GOT ME RIGHT INTO THE VOID STATE WITHIN 2 FRICKINF MINUTES!
First of all, just tell yourself that whenever you intend to enter the void state, you ALWAYS do. So nothing matters because you KNOW you will end up in the void state really quickly.
Picture something in your mind. Anything. I was picturing glitter. Now focus on NOTHING else but that picture in your mind. It doesn’t have to be vivid but just focus on it. Naturally your mind might morph that picture into something else, don’t resist it, just let it happen and focus on whatever your mind shows you. Do this whilst affirming “I am in the void state” or whatever makes you feel comfortable.
THEN BOOM. Void state. Like woah that was so quick it was genuinely hilarious. For a sec i said everything is pink then i saw it turning pink then i panicked and everything went black again and i could feel my body again. But woah i mean it’s nothing special since i’m a void master anyway but that was fun. And no, I was not sleepy or drowsy at all.
