i mean this fully. like not only do their familial identities match up pretty well (bianca being dean and nico being sam) but i fully think one of them had to die. if bianca survived nico would’ve died. but if they both survived they would do the sam and dean nonsense dance of saving eachother by killing themselves and constantly saving the world with each other and they’d be so protective and grossly co dependent on each other.

maybe bianca stays in the hunters for a while longer until there’s a really bad scare and nico almost dies. she leaves and they become rouge demigods together. killing monsters and trying to save eachother. it’s a constant battle, with both of them trying to sacrifice themselves for the other.

bianca refusing to give up old habits and live up to (what she sees as) her only purpose of saving nico. nico trying desperately to pay bianca back for everything she has ever done for nico.

i want nico and will to be in love with eachother for so long but both of their insecurities stop them from confessing or realizing the other likes them back.

but more importantly: i want will to see nico age whatever whne he first appears and think “woah…he’s so cool”

i want will to then see bits and pieces of nico throughout the years before finally seeing him again in the last olympian and thinking “gods, he became even cooler!!!”

and then he sees nico in blood of olympus and he’s stressed and tired and scared and so worried about nico that he doesn’t even get to think about how cool or pretty he is (he won’t admit it, he even feels guilty for liking nico when he’s at this low of a point, but he thinks nico is beautiful and the coolest person he’s ever seen)

nico, for his part, ofc notices will and ofc likes him immediately, but between getting better (not being on the brink of death), getting the two camps situated, dealing with the underworld and mythological-world fallout from the war, healing after tartarus, AND dealing with his internalized homophobia…..he has a lot going on

so he ignores it and pushes it down because come on nico you JUST got over percy! you defeated kronos but you become tongue tied around some blond boy??? there are more important things to do!! (he would never like you back. he just pities you. he thinks you’re a freak.)

and GODS are the campers tired of it.

Imagine Will having a crush on Nico for so long that the entire camp knows—like the ENTIRE camp, because obviously all of Apollo found out and the older siblings cooed about it to older campers in other cabins because who could predict it would keep going? And the Aphrodite kids know, of course they do, and Lou Ellen and Cecil obviously, which means probably all of Hermes, which means EVERYONE knows—and they’re collectively groaning about it when (after Nico decides to stay at Camp) the two idiots are dancing around each other and dear gods just kiss already!!

so i like to think that nico does actually have curly hair, the issue is that theres no way in hell that depressed, autistic, constantly tired, barely has the energy to shower half the time, has the energy to do a multiple step hair routine

like he just doesnt properly take care of his curls

so his hair is "straight" and frizzy 99% of the time

plus i dont think he knows the way to properly take care of his hair, between being ten years old, talking to noone but ghosts for a good year, the war etc it'd be a while before someone is like "hey. nico do u know how to take care of ur hair"

and obviously i draw will with super curly hair so he would definitely know how to show nico <3
