Oh gosh— did John tell you? Trust me it’s nothing to be worried about, it was just another attempt on my life. But they’ve been less frequent lately! Perhaps inflation is affecting the price of assassins.

[He’s teasing as he hands the bag to John, but part of him does really mean what he says.]

I think I’ve had worse days! Only one fight is usually below average by this hour, so maybe that’s some progress in the right direction! None of your customers happened to be particularly bad today, I hope?

[He puts his chin in his hand as he yaps away.]

[He digs through his bag for a moment and pulls out a brown sack. He then opens it slightly to reveal a bloodied dagger inside.]

It isn’t actually mine, though it was used to try and get rid of me last week. Clearly didn’t work out though.

[They gestured at themselves before tying the bag back up.]

Ended up killed at the hands of their own weapon. Now there’s a whole investigation I have to avoid.

Introduce myself? I’m not sure I have a stable enough sense of identity for that after all these years. But I could try…?

Hello everyone! I go by Nico, but you can call me whatever you’d like as long you buy me dinner beforehand<3

I’m not sure what else to add. Does your vampiric title even mean anything if your clan has been wiped out? Does a family name matter if your bloodline was made up of nothing but thieves and brutes?

Enough philosophy. You’ve found my corner. I do hope you stick around, and I can at least guarantee to make a splendid show out of whatever the universe decides to throw at me!

OOC stuff‼️

• Currently a vampire, formerly a contra fire elemental. He’s still capable of small amounts of healing magic, but nothing crazy

• Special folks in his life include our beloved NPC John ( @randomguytm ), and Seraphina

• Formerly prince of a clan, but the members were all eradicated while he was out of the country.
