Genuinely one of the most annoying things in my life is everyone me being so thoughtful about everyone else but no one thinking about me at all

Like i make food, I cook something that I dont eat and make myself something differnt, they cook food, its something i do eat "oh you can just get yourself something". Like it it would taken 2 minutes of forethought to be like "oh she doesn't eat that i get this out of the freezer for her that she can have instead* i would have even cooked it!

An actual superman... like that is Superman, when i think of Superman, that's the Superman I think of... a Superman who actually cares.

You know I do wonder if The Gilded Age are foreshadowing that there's gonna be a ship wreck or charcter(s) lost at sea....

They make a point of showing the name of the ship as the Britannic, and while the ship in the show is the SS Britannic, a White Star Line ship built in 1874 and later scrapped in 1903, what most people would associate the name Britannic with is the HMAS Britannic the second White Star Line ship to have that name, sister to the Titanic, built in 1914 and and served as a hospital ship during world war 1, famously sunk in 1916.

And it got me thinking, I wonder if this is a subtle foreshadowing of someone being on a ship that sinks...

THE GILDED AGE S3.E8. My Mind Is Made Up

So ive been thinking about The Gilded Age season 4, and here's what I'm thinking will happen:

First divorce is bad for business, so that's not gonna happen. Odds are good for George actually saying "Divorce is bad for Business"

And like i said before Bertha will go 100% all in on Marion and Larry to prove to George that she's changed. So much so she'll come off as overbearing but will end up apologize about it.

Gladys will almost die in Childbirth, George will blame Bertha for pushing her into the marriage, but Gladys and George will have a heart to heart and she'll say she forgives Bertha becase she has fallen in love with Henry and is very happy.

Bertha and George will reconcile

This is all ive thought so far, mostly about the Russlls becasue that's just what ive been thinking about

Also I can totally see how that episode would have been uses a series final if the show hadn't been renewed for s4.

So next season Bertha is gonna go 100% all in Larry/Marion to try and prove something to George.

People who perform manual labor should be not only given high and liveable wages, but unlimited access to healthcare and physical therapy to help manage the myriad conditions that come from doing back-breaking work.

Like this is not an absurd concept. It bothers me that people think that it is.

Honestly bizarre that tomatoes get all the flack for “not being a vegetable” because they're technically a fruit when:

A) There are a ton of fruits that get categorised as vegetables. Like this also applies to pumpkins, squashes and cucumbers.

B) The fucking mushrooms are standing there at the back of the crowd in this witch trial, trying to look inconspicuous because they somehow got into the vegetable club with no fucking controversy despite the fact that they're not even plants.
