[HATE ALERT][COUNTERPROTEST] #0614渋谷カウンター 6月14日渋谷スクランブル交差点  June 14th Shibuya Scramble Crossing

※6月14日は代々木公園15:00出発でBLMのデモがあります。渋谷駅前を通過するころにはたぶんまだ鈴木街宣は続いているはず。沿道に集まったネトウヨが変なことしないように、BLMに参加する人は壁になってあげてください。なおこのデモは外国人がオーガナイズするため公権力とのトラブルを非常に恐れていますので、沿道にネトウヨを発見してもその場でドづめとかはやめておきましょう。

ATTENTION for antifascist activists who take part in Sunday’s BLM march (not for those who confront haters at the scramble crossing). Avoid confrontation with known right wingers found in passers-by and just be a protect wall for participants. It’s a peaceful demo.

渋谷駅前で、NPO法人外国人犯罪追放運動らによるコロナウィルス便乗の排外主義扇動街宣が行われるので、これに抗議します。現在葛飾区議会議員である鈴木信行は、韓国でのヘイトクライムによって起訴されソウル中央地裁で公判中。在特会系レイシストに比べると目立たないと感じる人も多いでしょうが、実はこの人こそが現在の排外主義運動のオリジネイターの一人。いつもの感じでカウンターします。

There will be a xenophobic campaign next Sunday planned by racist NPO Movement Against Foreign Criminals at Shibuya Scramble Crossing with lots of racist activists including Katsushika ward assembly member Suzuki Nobuyuki.Suzuki is well-known to be a hate crime suspect who’s now under public trial by Seoul Central Court and one of the originators of today’s racist current in Japan who’s started his career as far-right activist in late 90s.  This campaign aims banning of Koreans and Chinese from Japan in nominal terms of coronavirus countermeasure and we counter-protest it as usual, the way you know well.

ツイッター・アカウントの凍結について

ツイッター・アカウント @nohatetv の凍結についてご報告します。

その前に、抗議の声を上げてくださってありがとうございます。みなさんの怒りのコメントは通知欄で全部見えています。今回は #渋谷署前抗議 の動画が世界的にバズったタイミングでもあったため、世界中から同様の疑義が呈されている様子。

5月30日夜10時半頃、ツイッターからこのようなメールが来て、それと同時にアカウント @NoHateTVが凍結されました。

プロフィールコンテンツ: Counter-Racist Action Collective - Founded in 2013 in Tokyo, Japan. Strictly Antifascist. Actively Antiracist. Sonically Antisocial. 

報告されたコンテンツを調査しましたが、Twitterルール（https://support.twitter.com/articles/18311)）またはドイツ法への違反は確認されませんでした。現時点で措置は取られません。

「違反は確認されませんでした」→「凍結」よろしくお願いしますと言われても、意味がわかりません笑

何かのバグなのかと思い「違反が確認されなかったというメールと同時に凍結されている」と、異議申し立てを送ったところ、昨夜1時半頃、再度ツイッターからメールが来ました。

ご利用のアカウントは、Twitterの利用規約、具体的には他の人を攻撃する目的で複数のTwitterアカウントを管理することを禁止するTwitterルールに違反していることがわかったため、凍結されました。アカウントを復元することはできません。

複数のアカウントに関連するルールと攻撃的な行為を禁止するルールについては、https://twitter.com/rulesをご覧ください。

この凍結を回避するために新しいアカウントを作成することもTwitterルールに違反するため、新しいアカウントも凍結されます。

「他の人を攻撃する目的で複数のTwitterアカウントを管理」しているとのことですが、まず現在C.R.A.C.は複数のアカウントを管理しておらず、@NoHateTV しか使っていません（野間の個人アカウントやその他裏アカウントに当たるものもありません＝写真参照）。このことはツイッター内部の人にはデータでわかるはずなので、この理由自体が明らかに虚偽のものです。「よろしくお願いします」と言われても、よろしくできません笑

それ以前に、「他の人を攻撃」していません。ツイッター・ジャパンは、ヘイトスピーチへの批判を「他の人を攻撃」と考えているようです。

現在、「複数アカウントの管理はしてないので再検討せよ」と返信してありますが、今までのパターンからすればおそらくその異議申し立ては無視されるでしょう。同日午前にCRAC NORTH（@N_AgainstRacism）が凍結されていますが、こちらは異議申し立てにもなしのつぶてのようです。ちなみに@N_AgainstRacismと@NoHateTVの両方にログインしている人はおらず、両アカウントの作成者は別人で、作成時期も大きく離れています。

この意味不明なこじつけの理由での凍結は2016年夏からずっと続いているもので、「宇予くん」や吉村洋文とコラボし社長がネトウヨのツイッター・ジャパンの暗い情熱を感じさせます。ドナルド・トランプのツイートにファクトチェック・ラベルを貼る本家とは大違いです。

これらの措置は故意によるものではなくアルゴリズムによるものだという意見も散見されますが、日本語ツイッターの運用をどのようにするかについては日本語のできるスタッフの意見を取り入れてアルゴリズムが作成されるのであって、これらがアルゴリズムによるものである場合は、それ自体が日本のレイシズムに寛容、または意図的に助長するようにつくられていると見るべきです。

ただし、実際にはツイッターの凍結・違反処理の作業は最終的に人間が行っており、判断に迷うケースなどを複数人で検討して責任者が決裁するということが、取材等によりわかっています。なので、日本における反差別アカウントの異様なまでのBANには、そうした責任者の意向が色濃く反映していると考えたほうがよいと思います。

When will they sort this out? This isn’t something that has only happened once. Those of us in Japan know that ALTs and Japanese teachers that assault ALTs are allowed to continue work with minimal or no consequences. I’m so tired of hearing these stories repeated and then forgotten. We must demand change.
