I am in so so much pain and there's a surgery that would fix it but it requires a 8 to 12 week, full redress recovery time and I cant afford that and my boyfriend would never look after me that long he doesn't even like me talking about what's going on

Literally my entire night is ruined because my bf ate the rest of the giant chocolate bar we were sharing after I got ONE bite. I am so upset I am laying in bed silently pouring tears and I know it's irrational but I'm so tired of little things like this and I can't let them go.
