✧ i think that, although he’d become shy around someone he has a crush on, makoto is the type to feel that specific sort of happy-embarrassment that has him smiling to himself and going pink in the cheeks when he thinks about you~. he wouldn’t recognise his feelings as crushing straight away, but i don’t think he’d brush them off or ignore them, either. you’re just ,, a little more radiant than everyone else, he notices! ♪(´▽｀)

✧ you’re always the first person he wants to share good news with. every time he’s rushing over to you after a successful live—or after finishing a particularly difficult raid in a game—he’s beaming, telling you just how happy he is! and when you tell him that you’re proud of him? oh, his poor heart feels like it might burst out of his chest. it takes all of his self-restraint to hold himself back from confessing right there and then!

✧ it’s impossible for makoto to pinpoint exactly what it is that made him fall for you, but i think your energy in general—how caring you might be, and your smile—are all little things that contributed. he’s definitely the observant type, picking up on all of your little mannerisms and quirks and perhaps even mirroring them when the two of you spend time together!

✧ he begins to wonder if he can impress you—if you might possibly feel the same way towards him, and if he’s even someone worth your time. he gets caught daydreaming a lot—about you—and likely won’t even notice he’s lost in his own thoughts until someone snaps him out of it, pointing out that his face is as red as a christmas ornament.

✧ ehehe imagine playing games with him, having him show you all the controls and tell you all the tips he knows. he’s rambling on—not really thinking too much about it, it’s easy for him to forget how close you’re sitting when he’s explaining the mechanics of the level—but then he’s reaching to help you adjust your hold on the controller, his hand lingering over yours for just a few moments longer than usual. he goes bright red as soon as he notices and pulls away, but he’s grinning at you, too. <3

✧ makoto is definitely the type to puzzle over how, when, and if he should tell you how he feels. perhaps not in a gloomy or stressed way, but he’s running through every scenario in his head, coming up with tens of different outcomes and strategies—ones that leave him fantasizing about what a future with you could be like.

✧ and eventually that shy embarrassment melts away into something more comfortable. it still feels like there’s a plethora of butterflies in his stomach when you smile at him, and he still doesn’t quite know what to do with himself when you take his hand or fall asleep on his shoulder—but makoto is comfortable around you, and i think that’s the most wonderful kind of crush someone can have. (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

"hey, wanna play a game?"

a challenge from rinne himself, you muttered. you always knew how competitive and unpredictable he was—it seemed that today was no different. he still had that same smug grin that simply spelled out how confident he is to win.

his smug grin somehow ticked you off; causing you to furrow your brows and click your tongue. does this guy have any shame at all..? you wondered. for as long as you could remember, rinne had been always playing with you. whether it was bets or mini games that cost you either one of his three favorite things: a kiss, a hug, or money.

"alright, bring it on." you subconsciously growled in response. maybe that's why you and rinne go perfectly well together; he was an idiot and you were someone who was angry about liking said idiot. heck, you didn't even know what you were betting in this game this time. you had just impulsively agreed to his challenge just to spite him if you win.

"let's tell each other i love you—first to shy out loses."

not missing a beat, rinne looks at your eyes. he knew this would just make you lose.

how annoying, you thought. how come he just knows one way to make your heart beat triple times faster and your cheeks heat up just by being himself? all you could do was just stare at him while your heart hammered and your smile creeping up at the ends of your mouth. his face just spells out loud how he's hit the nail right on the head; how truly annoying.

"a-alright." you said, barely keeping your cool. "what would happen if i lose then, mister amagi?" you tried to act smug like him as an attempt of recovery from the frozen state he just put you in—leaning closer to his face.

rinne only chuckled and leaned closer—too close, noses barely brushing against each other. "then i'll have you all to myself for the rest of the day~"

what a jerk, that guy. how truly irritating, it makes you want to just win for the sake of seeing him lose. the way he knows how to keep you tippy-toed and wanting him all the same was just mysterious; you just don't know how he does it.

"i'll go first, gyahaha! i looove you~"

♡︎ ritsu won't complain at all. after all, he loves all the hugs and kisses and headpats and whatnot you give him; go on, spoil him more and more, will you? drown him in all your love—he's more than pleased! ritsu himself is quite affectionate, so you'd hear him every now and then whispering on and on about how much he just loves it when you spoil him.

♡︎ he finds it adorable when you turn all shy and surprised as he says "i love you," and expects a reply. of course, you hastily reply with an i love you too, but the little gap of silence between your exchange makes him giggle, and leaves him wanting to tease you more.

♡︎ that is one thing the both of you have something in common—how you weren't too good with being verbally affectionate. although sometimes natsume may gain the courage to tell you that you look enchanting and whatnot, he wasn't very good at showing his affection for you through words.

♡︎ just think about natsume coming to tsumugi to ask about which flower means which—what flower would suit you best; and giving them to you. he'd act as if he only picked it out by chance, but deep down he's really glad that you appreciate them!
