I'm so sick and tired of how we're expected to be a model victim. Palestinians express violent rage toward Israelis? valid response to Israeli actions. Israelis express violent rage toward Palestinians? a sign of some deep-seated rot in the heart of Israeli society that can't be fixed by anything less than the dismantling of Israeli society as a whole. Palestinians diaspora spouting antisemitism? well how can you blame them, considering Israel exists. Jewish diaspora not immediately disavowing Israel and everyone in it, including their friends and relatives? clear fascism, settler colonial mindset, how dare. This double standard is so disgusting and rage inducing. We aren't allowed to be human and have human emotions, attachments and reactions.
