Nah, don't freak me out. Because as someone who constantly feel the need to listen to music or podcasts, I just realized that the answer is yes. The silence we avoid might be the very sanctuary we need to understand who we are and where we’re meant to go. In it, we can listen to the parts of ourselves that usually go unheard.
