So Mimic is fucking dead.

I know the pacing of this comic has been horrid before, but this is a special kind of disjointed.

First off, I knew they'd puss out. Can't have the heroes be responsible for a VILLAIN's demise; let alone be the ones to kill them outright, even if it WOULD be earned.

Secondly, the fight didn't even last. Mimic just changes into (what I presume is) his final form to make a last stand against his pursuers... and then, he's groveling like a bitch in the very next page. I get Mimic was supposed to be a wet noodle, but come on; Infinite put up more of a fight.

Been seeing posts about Lan and the punching bag page and them saying "oh whats the issue she's just taking out her anger" yeah that's the issue. She's always angry.

"Oh, what's the issue with Lanolin pushing around literal war veterans who have been in the game longer than she has even existed?"

"Why are people so mad about how Lanolin puts her own self-importance over countless innocent lives?"

"So what if Lanolin's terrible leadership skill led to both of the only missions she has under her belt nearly ending in disaster?"

Let's be honest, people only like a character as unpleasant as her for no other reason than...

If nickelodeon characters are gonna be in Crossworlds , then Archie and sonic x characters are coming back in sonic blitz.

I doubt that, given that materials and concept artwork from Sonic X were collectible items in Shadow Generations... but the game wasn't allowed to just call it "Sonic X" for whatever reason.

I get the feeling that Nickelodeon characters showing up in Crossworlds might have something to do with the Sonic movies (given the partnership between Paramount/Viacom & SEGA).

Although, I don't wanna say anything definitive, so hey, we'll see.

So you've mentioned that Shadow Generations confirms Sonic 3D Blast to be canon, but where did that come up in the game? Maybe I need to play Shadow Generations again, but I don't recall anything specifically calling back to 3D Blast.

Orbot mentions the idea of him and Cubot taking a vacation on Flicky Island twice as you collect all of the bolts in the hub area of the game to help fix their escape rocket.

The rocket they're trying to fix turns out to just be a giant coo-coo clock.

Do you think if sonic got a fresh reboot that's basically the same games but newer and with more consistency lore wise and character wise, it would be good?

If Sonic DID get a reboot, the fandom by and large isn't gonna be very happy.

I've been in this fandom long enough to know that if there's one thing Sonic fans hate more than Sonic, it's change.
