Someone states something as if it were really obvious but you didn't know/hadn't thought about it. Someone casually tells you "you can just do things". A person who tries to genuinely understand you asks you questions and while answering you feel you're so full of shit and make bad excuses to yourself that uttering them in front of someone else would make you seem insane. I believe it's instances like these where the ego(?)/false narratives shatter and there is an ideal that's placed directly in front of you which you can't turn away from, it really brings humility out of you and lights that fire which makes you want to do better. The tweet below is a really well put way of saying it I feel.

Life is funny. You may feel like you are progressing fairly well, and at some point things might seem like you've figured them out, and then BAM! A slap right across your face which erases everything positive you were feeling and gets you questioning stuff all over again. Sometimes it stings, sometimes your ears ring, and your face might get really red. "But I thought I had it figured out" you wonder. The negative self talk creeps in; it ridicules you for ever trying to leave your current situation and tells you this is where you belong. In moments like these, one may feel too familiarised with it all and end up agreeing to the negative self talk in an unspoken manner – that they really are doomed to begin with and that this might just be where they belong. Zooming out a little in such moments and realising that life is a rollercoaster ride with highs and lows and that you don't have to make these lows your home just because the tyrant in your head feels such a way – that it is, in fact, your choice to decide whether it's your home or not is such a powerful expression of the free will that you have. I hope you may be reminded of this when you most need it. To hell with bunkers, I'll enjoy the view in my treehouse.

When you pour your heart and soul into someone, that part of you is no longer yours; for it shall forever remain with the other person.

Sometimes you unlock great ideas and have real changes in your life after you reach the point of exhaustion. Unfortunately we cannot speedrun there at any time and it's in some way like waiting for motivation, you gotta do things regardless of whether you have those feelings or not.

Love is like language; you can't ever unlearn it truly, even if no one around you speaks it.

How strong is the sun that even when sinking into the horizon it fills us with hope and positivity.
How pretty is the moon that even at the slightest sight it still fills us with awe.

Sometimes asking someone who's not on the same level as you in something for advice doesn't work. Either they're not where you are so they don't know what advice to give to you or they're ahead of you and in a way their advice might not be the best (it's like asking someone about a particular part of a game after they've finished it and have forgotten all the small parts)

There's so much love in exchanging interpretations of something you and someone else both like, for example when you share how you relate to a song lyric or a quote and how you view it and they share the same from their pov

It glows and is beautiful in the presence of the other
