I hope it’s okay that I’m reaching out. My name is Rola, and I’m a mother of two from Gaza. Life used to be simple—filled with laughter, home-cooked meals, walks with my children, and ice cream on weekends. But since October, everything has changed.

We lost our home in a bombing. One moment, we were sipping coffee on the balcony… the next, the house shook, windows shattered, and our world collapsed. We had to flee with nothing—no clothes, no toys, no sense of safety.

My children still ask about their beds, their books, their quiet little room. I don’t have answers. All I can do is hold them and keep going.

We’re now raising funds to evacuate—or, if returning becomes possible, to rebuild. I just want to give my children a future that isn’t defined by fear and loss.

I gave birth to my baby boy, Adam , in the middle of this war. He is now 5 months old. We’ve lost everything—our home was destroyed, and my husband’s work as a water truck driver is gone. We have evacuated multiple times, and today we live in a crowded tent camp 🏕️, not knowing where we’ll go next.

On top of everything, Adam was born with clubfoot and needs urgent surgery 🏥 that cannot be done in Gaza—not now, not even before the war. He also needs special medical boots afterward.

We’re trying to raise funds to evacuate to safety and give our son a real chance at life.

Been seeing certain types of fanart the past month, can I propose smth

They all have different ideas of what their relationships are like . Cheavy is somehow the least repressed . No one knows whats going on . Cmedic's disappearance/retirement caused crazy drama . They are all terrible

A somewhat old expression sheet for cmedic. Not a very wide selection of emotes, unfortunately; but I did get to draw him in a bonnet + happy for once. His hair is actually kinda inconvenient for his job, but he has his very personal reasons for keeping it.

(that is some serious quality crunching)

Some subtle heal and steel stuff, I never did quite like making overly romantic content of characters.

They get stressed by their teammates a lot, usually with intersecting reasons (but several unique struggles nontheless). Both of their happy place involves cmedic smushing cheavy like a big ol piece of dough

Cmedic's inhuman productivity has some very human methods, and much of his supposed stoic perfection is carefully constructed; even if the team ends up genuienly liking him, this version of BLU still tore through two previous medics like wet paper.

Most medics arent trained to be combative (both the medic before AND AFTER him aren't suited for it) (the original medic was sigmund freud btw) and with tfc's slightly more serious and grounded framing, the skills of being both an acrobatic gunman savant and a surgeon/health professional are either attained through a lot of years or a lot of inhuman effort (even if he had natural talent for both)

And god knows what is needed for the body to not break under inhuman effort.

Cheavy also has his ass clenched 24/7 but he is far more relaxed than his partner. His cultural background is relatable to most of the team, and no one can stand up to him physically; being a Heavy doesn't really have complicated gameplay either lol. While he's hard on his crew (and junkies aren't uncommon post WW1) I think he'd still have some concern over the health of one of his teammates, even at the risk of his performance
