Healthy gains. Last day for January challenge sign ups. Link in bio. This before and after had me shook. This is the result of actually eating which took me forever and actually working out & growing and this is with no supplements outside of protein. #naturalbodybuilding i Gained and then lost the extra fat I gained which I’m still doing. Just want to get my abs more defined and I’ll feel complete. At 21 I was 2 years into my fitness journey I wasn’t trying to gain. I was just trying to maintain my weight and be able to wear my bikini really low. Happy Monday 29 days left in 2018 !! So December challenge is going to be the hardest challenge of the year, link in bio. SOOOO I’m 10 pounds down when I hit 165 I was like ok sis I’m done gaining. Mainly because I am obsessed with my stomach more than any other part of my body so when I hit the point where I was no longer happy with it I was done gaining. You can’t spot gain but with HIIT I was able to at least limit the stomach fat I acquired !! But 155 is great, feeling amazing, my legs are still the same size as they were when I was 165 I’ve lost mostly in my midsection and my upper body has a lot more muscle I think the lowest I will go is 150 and see how I feel when I get there !! Thanks for reporting that page guys, here’s another pic I took today, I’m feeling a lot more confident at 152, I think it’s amazing what our bodies do, I’m really shook. I’m really happy I didn’t lose any of my curves and but lost all the extra midsection fat that I was so so over. I’ve been slim/slim thick my whole life so when bulking it can be a lot mentally if you gain too much in one area.
