Name change (again)

Heya! Skulki- wait. You must be thinking, oh no. She's changing her identity again! And yes, you're completely right 😂 There was nothing particularly wrong with my last one, but it was a character I was using for a story and I don't know how to quite explain it, but it just felt off. Imagine if you were using a character from a show you were watching, it just didnt feel like ME. If you get what I mean? 👀 So instead I took the same goth/me vibe into a brand new character that I called Nitty. She's a raccoon (that's my spirit animal lmao) and made it a character. I'm not a 100% in love with her design, but it will make do for now. It's also gonna take some getting use to for me I think lol 😅 I hope it's not too troublesome for you guys! Hey! Skulkit here 🖤 And boy was this an interesting piece to make. If you know me, you know how much I hate to draw backgrounds lmao. However this time, I just wanted to make my characters feel real by actually making them live in an environment. Which in this case, is a tent in the middle of the woods 🐛 This was not too much of a complicated background, because I wanted to start simple before I got frustrated and quit. I think it came out very nice and it's definitely one of the best pieces of art I've ever drawn 👀 The characters I used are my main Fursona Skulkit and Puffy. Heya! Lumos he- actually wait a minute.. Heya! Skulkit here! 💙 That's right. I'm no longer going to be Lumos the dragon, but instead Skulkit the ghost cat 💀 So I know, everyone who's going crazy, calm down! First of all I will not sell or get rid of Lumos. He was the first "fursona" I've ever created. So he has a lot of personal emotions attached to him, however that's part of the problem. Let me explain: Even though Lumos is the first fursona I've created. Doesn't mean that he's the "best". Although I have a connection with him, doesn't mean it has to be on the same level as some of my other characters. He means the world to me, but since then, I've definitely grown a ton and he hasn't evolved as much as I. Don't get me wrong, I still love him, but in a different way now. In a more respectful sense 🙏 I felt like now would be a better time than ever to change too. I'm at a point where I'm not super well known or anything, so it wouldn't have too big of an impact. As for the ones that do know me, it will be a bit of a new feel, but I am still me. The character doesn't make the person, the person makes the character ⭐ So Skulskit. Who is Skulskit? Well I'll tell you the shorts of it. Skulskit is a young male ghost cat. He has the power to execute anyone on sight (therefore the cross eye). He has the disease CIP (congenital insensitivity to pain) which causes him to feel no pain or sensation to his body. Due to this he pulled out all his nails as a an (even) smaller kid. He doesn't speak much and is rather introverted. He lacks empathy, but maybe one day, a certain cat will warm his cold heart 🖤 Oh and since I am gothic myself, this character fits me way better than Lumos too 😂 Thank you all so much for reading and understanding, I hope you all love Skulkit as much as I do! Skulkit here 🖤 And I'm here to share this beautiful art piece made by the wonderful Kaorisorahoshi (https://www.furaffinity.net/user/kaorisorahoshi/) 💕 A little while ago I had just signed up to Furryafinnity and posted the art work of my character Kapitan. She instantly reached out to me, asking if she could paint him. Of course I was beaming with joy and couldn't decline the offer. Not too long after she uploaded it and it looks absolutely fantastic (I mean you can see it for yourself 👀). She told me she could send it for me just for the mere price of shipping and I was honestly just mindblown. Once we settled everything, she sent over the piece and I instantly bought a frame for it haha 😂 The package was just lovely, with amazing stickers, I literally feel bad for having to throw it away so I'm just keeping it for a little while longer 😏 she also wrote the sweetest note and she deserves everything she gets. Please go support her and dont take this wonderful artist for granted! 😤 Thanks a lot again Kaori, this piece means the world to me and helped me in an awful period.
