Plot 127: Summer @ Sprinklez 

Muse A lands a part-time job at the local ice cream shop for the summer. Though the pay is better than minimum wage, Muse A’s not enthused to spend sunny afternoons inside, scooping cones for bratty kids and demanding customers while their friends are catching waves at the beach. To make matters worse, the shop manager’s a little weird and Muse A’s sole co-worker is standoffish for no apparent reason, making the work environment pretty awkward. The first few shifts seem to crawl along for Muse A, causing them to contemplate quitting before their starting week is up. Muse A’s outlook begins to change, however, when Muse B strolls into the shop. Muse B is a relative of the manager and the last new hire of the season. Muse B is cool to Muse A (unlike their other co-worker), always lending a hand when Muse A makes a mistake or taking the blame whenever the manager is looking to scold someone because Muse B knows their relative won’t fire them. Muse A and Muse B become good friends in a short span of time, happily spending hours hanging around the shop even when one of them’s not scheduled to be at work. They make the most of their slow summer together.

Bonus points if: It’s a vintage ice cream parlor, where servers must wear costume-y uniforms.

BREATHES HEAVILY. okay so like ??? how doth one express such gratitude ??? seriously, every since i decided to bring deiru back after so long an absence, i never expected all of you wonderful people to be so accepting of him. it’s really made me happy to see him interacting with people & making friends & just ——- i’m so HAPPY. he’s met a lot of wonderful people who have become close friends & acquaintances & he’s such a happy dork right now you wouldn’t believe. anyway, i made this little dingymabopper here to celebrate all of the awesome people who put up with me & this dork of a muse. ヽ(^o^)丿

[❄] She giggled, giving him a peck on the lips then leaning up, still sitting on him. “What’s the matter, Rogue?” she grinned, “I thought you were teasing me earlier, weren’t you?” she giggled again, watching him blush. Making him flustered was probably one of her favorite past times at this point.

His eye opened a slight, then slowly widening once the kiss to the nose showed they seemed in a rather risque position. Feeling a slight warmth bare against his chest. The way her thighs sat suggestively on his sides and the coy look in her eyes made him blush in a instant. “I um…”

[❄] She giggled, sitting on top of him with a rather smug look on her face. “Mhm, I’m just fine,” she smirked, leaning down and giving him a small kiss on the nose. “Now, what was that about me acting like a baby~?” she cooed, still laying on top of him.

“Oh? You sure act like–” Before he could finish his taunt, he felt the soles of his feet slid across the sudden ice, causing him to fall on his back with Mizore on top. “Ack… Mizore, are you okay?”

[❄] “I am not a baby,” she huffed, but managed a small smile. She grinned coyly, turning the floor beneath him into ice.

Her particular behavior shift left him suspicious, pretty much aware that she planned all of this. Regardless he continued carrying her. “Heh, such a baby.”
