Hi, if you haven’t already found out about my obsessive love for @taylorswift through my story than this will be new for you. If not, welcome back. Taylor holds something so dear to me in my heart. Her music was what I grew up with in my home blasting “Fearless” with my mom in the car, or listening to “Welcome to New York” as our tour bus went over the Brooklyn bridge in 10th grade. I also remember keenly people on the bus being annoyed as hell because of my continuing conversations of her. “Reputation”, her last album came out when I was a freshman in college, dealing with a whole new life this album spoke to me in a way that helped me in times of doubt. Rep also helped me bond closer with my sister Paige. Now with Lover out, one I can listen to it 25/7 and two, I can find out more about myself through Taylor. I think the reason to me Taylor Swift is so important to my life is because the love she spreads through her albums translates to important memories and relationships I’ve had, have, and may find in my future.
