I've gotten lots of messages from you all asking if I'm okay because I haven't been posting on IG. IM STILL ALIVE AND KICKIN! I have just needed a break from social media because my mind has not been quite in the right place. Lots of pilates and yoga lately and less weight lifting. My goals right now are focused on mindset and positive attitude. No macro tracking, no scheduled workouts. It's the season of me throwing those things out the window temporarily. More on this later! Are you finished Christmas shopping, partially there, or haven't even started? Comment below! I had coffee with a friend yesterday and she is almost finished wrapping her gifts! I've been spending a lot of time at the dealership I work at and often go home late. Because I do better on routines, I've decided to start working out in the mornings at home. This way I can always workout at the same time daily. Step one is finding my consistency again, so for now I'm keeping my workouts super basic. I actually love revisiting basics. I feel they are all anyone really needs for a solid workout. I am also a firm believer that consistency is one of the most important factors if not THE MOST important factor in a solid workout program. 1. Squats x 10 2. Straight leg deadlifts x 10 3.
