Let me welcome you to my shitty makeshift stop motion studio😎🆒:
Plus a quickly drawn diagram to show how it’s set up more clearly. Essentially I use the sheets of glass to give me more “layers” so to speak. The very bottom portion is where I’d slide different colored construction paper for different colored backgrounds, then the actual playdoh cat and cutout images were on the other layers. They are floating because well… they are! Kind of! Not necessarily floating but they are on a different level
#and this set up is very easy to make. as you can see it majorly consists of junk I have around#for the glass sheets I just bought 2 decent sized picture frames from goodwill and popped the glass out of them
