Have you ever been in a rice field? 🍚 I´m always a little nervous going into a rice field. Growing up in Thailand, I heard some stories about what animals are creeping around there. 🐍🐛 But luckily I'm with the brave @syohanada who would laugh at me if I would not join here. ♥ . Sometimes you just have to open your eyes to see that there is beauty all around you!🌸 . Today we ride around 2h to find a nice spot for some captures of Bali but there are days where this doesn't work out. 🏡 After coming back home step outside of our door to see the sunset and realize that the spot we were looking for is so close to us. . I think a lot of people in Canggu passes Holy Water without recognizing how magnificent this place is. Is this Blue Lagoon Beach? 🏖 I got some comment that I am hopping around lately too much from place to place. 😉 This is in Nusa Penida while we have been there a month ago, but sometimes I find images weeks later and think they are post-worthy. 📸 . This is NUSA PENIDA and I still can not recommend this place enough for a weekend trip. There is not a lot to do besides seeing incredible cliffs but this place is just filled with it. Blue Lagoon Beach 🏖 is quite a ride for 1,5h from our place in Canggu and if I'm honest, if you're not snorkeling, which we missed out, it's not worth it. Really want to save Money while traveling? 💵 Buy ingredients at local markets and cook yourself. 🍲 . Eating out in Bali is very cheap and even European food cost maybe 5€... Eating at a local Warung cost you maybe 2-3€. . But if you really want to bring it to the next level, cook yourself and buy the ingredients at a local market. We bought a lot of vegetables, rice, chicken and didn't payed more then 1,50€... . These local markets can be found everywhere in Bali and they are a little hidden and not with huge advertising. I past this place often without having noticed this place until @syohanada showed me. Yesterday we visit the Monumen Nasional in Jakarta. 🇮🇩 Because of the 137 meters, I had to step quite far away for this picture. 😯 The flame on the top is made of 35KG gold and that's the reason I had to gave my respect with the famous Russian Hunker again. .
