Black men… you are beautiful and you are kings. But you don’t have battle this world alone. Your mental health is important, if you know you aren’t ok… reach out to somebody. If your not sure if your ok… reach out to somebody. If no one is listening to you…reach out to me, let’s find somebody.

Too many of us are lost every year as depression, and unchecked mental health leads down a dark path of lost lives that could have been saved. It doesn’t make you weak to talk things out. It doesn’t make you less of a man to need counseling or a mental health professional. I just thought this needed to be said.

And lastly, this message was aimed at black men bc I know the stigma attached with mental health in the black community … but all the same applies to everyone else. Enjoy your day beautiful people.
