my fic got stolen and put on wattpad

I’ve just been informed that someone’s stolen one of my fics (peaches and cream) and is passing it off as their own - it seems as though I’m not the only author who’s been stolen from, either. if you guys could look through this and recognise any other authors and let them know, that would be great! apparently wattpad only allows the original author to report?

either way, I know the majority of you would NEVER but please don’t plagiarise/repost other people’s fics guys. that shit’s not cool

hi ! i’ve been following you since july 2019, it was a very hard time for me and your writings and your account brought me immense joy and solace, it’s currently the last day of 2020 and its not going well for me, but i found myself going back to you as i always did the past years;

i don’t personally know you, but i want you to know i’m so grateful of you and what you have created here, and my personal favorite of course my imaginary yandere chemist husband yoongi;

i hope 2021 brings a lot of joy to you, lots of love xxx.

I’ve read this message for a while during the past couple of days thinking of what to say to you. 

Below this cut is just a mess... Apologies. 

My heart fluttered in such a painful way when you told me how long you’ve been following me for. I’m so sorry that these past few years have been rough on you. I wish I could hold your hand through this screen and just bring you comfort, even if it’s a little bit, in stillness.

The only reason I started this blog back in 2019 was that I was also in such terrible emotional pain. I felt so lonely because I had no one back then, that the people I knew, I didn’t have a real connection with. The stories on this blog hold so much emotional hurt and pent up anger, and I kept writing and writing so that time could heal my wounds. To me too, after my turmoil, my blog was solace for me as well. So it hurts to know that things haven’t been going well for you, even now.

I promised myself I would keep this blog up for a year (after February) and then delete it like I usually did with all my Tumblr blogs. And maybe I’m repeating myself, but I think about individuals like you, if they exist, and wonder if anyone would care because after all, it’s just fanfiction. It’s nice to know that at least one person is coming back. And I don’t care if it’s just one person because if I can help someone forget about reality for a minute, that’s more than enough. It makes me happy that I can do something for someone else. 

2020, while being such a terrible year for many of us, I finally found my footing again in my life. I don’t feel so alone as before. I made a couple of friends who make me happy, who I can make happy. And as a result, I left this blog inactive and empty, and I’m sorry that I can’t do much for you. In a way, I feel like I’ve left people behind without looking back and I’m sorry. 

Thank you for your New Year wishes. Chemist Yoongi still cherishes you into the next year with soft eyes and gentleness. He’ll even crack a joke about becoming a little snowman for you too. 

While I can’t guarantee anything, if you ever need him to cheer you up, we’ll both be here waiting for you and your letters in the inbox. I always read everything in here, even if I don’t respond because I have trouble placing my thoughts into concrete words. (This response almost took an entire hour).
