#this makes no sense if you haven't watched z nation#it's hard to explain even if you have seen z nation tbh#well you see one guy is zombie jesus and the other is a traumatized teenaged sniper whose girlfriend got half zombified by jesus and#he killed her with his own hands but for unrelated reasons zombie jesus is being held at gunpoint by a human but horrifying zombie superfan#who wants zombie jesus to bite teenage sniper against his will while the kid begs for death---you know what never mind#i miss when tv shows would have non plot relevant traumatic episodes to make characters bond#tbh I also find 2000s era media's willingness to be “edgy” in service of said traumatic situations so satisfying#you will suffer. in the most inventive ways. now cry#z nation mumbles

I sat down and tried to make myself feel better by having a nice drink and reading my new poetry book (and even thought to myself wow I need to be super careful not to spill this on my nice new book) and on the second poem proceeded to spill it everywhere including most of the book's page and yes I'm crying about it
#also I've seen enough people act like even dog earing a book is wrong that my brain is now convinced I'm committed a mortal sin#even though it was an accident and it's my book why does it matter!!!#i am functioning as a newly mostly independent adult but I am not doing it well and it sure doesn't feel goof most of it time

our last post died in traction. the leader of this group of LGBT refugees, Muhshin Magala, has been sick with ulcers for weeks now. she needs surgery to remove them, and needs $5000 for it. all we've raised currently (and in the past) has gone towards food and medication, and paying off her current hospital stay.
she NEEDS this surgery to live, and we need help from everyone else for this to even begin to be a possibility.

I was wondering if you're okay with people writing fanfic of your fanfic?
I found the part where Furiosa and Octoboss talk about the rumors about him and Firecat so funny, but it made a plot bunny leap to life in my mind, focused on a more emotionally intense missing scene of sorts where we see how the rumors started, centered around a very loving (but entirely platonic) relationship between the two.
I just wanted to check you'd be okay with me writing in your AU world! I'd post the fic on ao3 with credit, of course. I know you're not the only credited writer so please feel free to run it by your co-author too.
