Update

Its gonna cost like 200 to fix my blue screen issue, but I also had to attend a graduation in june and rent is stupid

Might get it fixed and open like 5 dollar bust shot commissions but I wouldn't want to if I can't assure that I like 10 people at least.

If not, I'll just wait til july or see if I can get family to help.

It has occurred to me that I forgot to say something but my computer has blue screened. It has all of the asks on it, and it's not backed up (cause im stupid), so I haven't been able to draw or post. I'm hoping to get it fixed soon, but a lot is just going on, and I discovered another family member has passed this year. I'm overwhelmed, but when my computer is fixed, I might just post doodles or sketches or out of context stuff.

Little question to the creators of this blog, i noticed something in the character sheets that made me wonder "they either don't know much about Poppy Playtime lore or they are just not following the canon"

Can you tell me why the experiments are "mutants"?

The Playtime factory was the leading company in toys and fluffy inanimate friends! Its unknown who exactly came up with the idea, since its always credited back to Elliot Ludwig, but a preparation for character experiences started. "Bringing your friend to life" as the slogan was at the time.

A few things were considered, mascot suits, animatronic, painted animals, but they were all too tame for the creator so the idea of "swapping" skin. It didn't completely work but it was a good idea. After a lot of genetic splicing they landed on the idea to make modified humans with animal characteristics or in the case of Theo and Sarah, whole organ and bone rearrangements.

There are "misfit" versions of each character around with their own isssues so don't be shocked when you see two similar characters around.
