Fasting schedule
Wake up: around 10
Have some coffee
Check social media
Pet the dogs
Talk to family
Brush teeth
Clean room: 12:00
Read
Watch YouTube
Watch Netflix
Drink some water
Do laundry/chores: 3:30
Make a playlist
Drink some water
Scroll through tumblr
Stretch
Chew gum
Duolingo
Draw/write
Have some tea
Paint nails
Plan some meals
Bake (not if you’ll eat it) but if you want to make some muffins with measured calories for later on and you think you’re strong enough go for it
Go outside: 6:00
Listen to music
Jump on trampoline
Play volleyball
Swing in hammock
Play catch
Shower: 7:00
Take melatonin
Drink water
Do skin routine
Brush teeth
Watch tv
Sleep early
These are just suggestions for things you could do tomorrow. You don’t have to follow it exactly but the day goes by slow when your fasting if you don’t have something to do.
Don’t forget to:
Drink water
Keep tally marks for how long you’ve fasted
Stay motivated
Don’t give up!
If they notice you haven’t eaten all day take some food to your room and flush it or go for a walk and throw it out at the dumpster
