TASK 5.

On the 23rd, all NOS accounts will be looked at (hiatuses excepted, check the absenteeism page if you’re unsure about this) to ensure characters are still active, posting, and replying (to multiple threads with more than one other member). A warning will be posted on this date for all accounts that have not demonstrated activity for the period of the 1st-23rd. Members will have until the 27th to contact the main if they are unable to participate in this check, otherwise, if activity has not improved by the 30th, unfollow links will be posted.

Who have the admins been over the years?

We've had a lot of admins at NOS! I can only mention the ones I've been a member with over the past eight years, and if I miss anyone I'm so sorry. In no particular order, we've had myself, Ari, Vee, Andrew, Kenzie, Danny, Timea, Roger, and Dean!

From Sunday 25th July - Monday 2nd August, NOS has “freebie” open starters! 

During this period, every character on NOS gets one “free” open starter, will our usual guidelines applied:

YOU CANNOT TRADE BETWEEN YOUR CHARACTERS. EACH CHARACTER GETS ONE STARTER EACH. YOU CANNOT POST TWO STARTERS ON ONE CHARACTER AND NONE ON ANOTHER.

TASK 4.

You will have from Friday 28th May - Friday 11th June to complete this activity task!

For this month’s task, each NOS member is required to look at the OOC and their character bios (/tagged/xYOURNAME) to ensure all information is correct and up to date - ages, professions, graphics, links, etc. 

This information must be submitted to the main’s inbox in whatever format is easiest, as long as all required corrections and updates are included! 

If you have already completed this since last weekend’s update post, don’t worry, your AC will already have been marked as complete! 

All links for this task must be submitted to the main’s inbox by Friday 11th June. If you have any concerns about getting these in on time, or any questions about the task itself, message in before Wednesday 9th June.

Elias James Garber turned 24 years old on November 16th He’s a smoke shop owner in Greensville. His face claim is Pete Davidson.

Bio (10+ sentences, include brief history, personality, potential plots):

Elias moved to Greensville from Staten Island New York after failing at a career as a tattoo artist; so he turned to his second love smoking and decided to open his own smoke shop. He is charming, funny, and laid back; also a bit crude, but he uses these traits to hide the fact he is deeply insecure.  He self medicates with pot to fight the pain that follows his Crohn’s disease, and tattoos whenever he is a bit anxious.

Elias is a mommy’s boy and you can often find him on the phone with his mother Stephanie, his biggest fan.  Departing from her has been very hard but he felt it was something he needed to do to grow as a person.

Some may see him as a playboy but he’s quite the opposite. He has family on his mind and he craves settling down with one person.
