Balance and choice, we have a choice....we can allow the energies and emotions around us pull under. We can find comfort in the rules and in teachings. Holding to the accepted norm in an attempt to keep the waters of emotion away. But eventually it all catches up the emotions drown us leaving us to feel like an exposed nerve where everything is magnified. Or we insulate ourselves so much in popular doctrine we stop thinking for ourselves. There is always a price to be paid in extremes. There is always an accounting. Find the balance within you. Intuition and emotions balanced with logic and boundaries is truly the most powerful force on earth. You want make a difference. You want there to be change? Look inside yourself and start there.

Allow yourself the time you need to grieve. You do not have to explain or justify your decisions. Stand in the truth allow the fullness of your emotions to wash over you. Only then you can begin to heal. You can't change the past, what's done is done. The future is before you do not lose your resolve in moving towards it. Don't scurry around trying to pick up the pieces to a life tha you decided was no longer yours. Just sit with it for a bit, it's ok to hurt and it's ok to release it.

That moment when you realize you are adding to your own burden. No one to blame but yourself, but it's yours so you can lay it down. It's really that easy and it also makes it that difficult. Self actualization and authenticity is never easy, accepting and owning your mistakes is never easy. But you don't have to wallow in them or live in guilt. Time to release that which no longer serves you, and believe me you can gather up and hold on to a lot that No longer serves you in just a few years. Don't miss out on the beauty of life and new adventures.

Strength...feeling emotions, showing emotions...is strength...believing being stoic and not showing emotions can be seen as a form of strength but it doesn't serve your higher good. Wallowing in your emotions doesn't serve your higher good. Do not doubt you self...you have everything you need inside of you to come through this. You are magic....you carry magic. What does my inner fire need? 7 of Fire...well I expected a big ah! Moment. And while it was in some ways it was, it was also a reminder of what I needed to remember. My Inner Fire needs to be feed and tended to...the only way for me to do this is my listening to my intuition. Trusting my intuition and following its guidance. Crown Chakra...our connection with our higher self...our higher source.
