In case anyone was wondering what I've been doing this entire time... I've been making lace samples. Well, there are, of course, some flaws in them, but I was aiming not for perfection but for practicing elements I've never encountered before, i.e., rounded corners or overlaid tallies.

It seems I've been pushing pins into the pillow too hard because I developed blisters on my fingers 😂 So, I took a break from lacemaking to heal my "wounds." It's a pity because the lace is 50% ready. Hopefully, tomorrow evening I'll be able to return to work.

I barely had free time to make any significant progress yesterday, but today's more fruitful. What I don't like about autumn is that days become shorter and shorter, and it's almost always either raining or snowing, so now I have to use two lamps and glasses to actually see what I'm doing 😿
