I had my Acting class final today ✌️

Our fellow cast members loved it and were asking what it was from!! Also, many compliments on that one harmony section, people thought it was very pretty :)

Thought I’d just make another appreciation post for Albert Cashier just cuz it’s been really hard for me recently as a trans actor- I feel like my identity is going to close so many doors for me in theater just because my voice teacher wants me to perform as (birthname) and wear a dress and without confidence in myself I can’t create my full potential on stage because the playbill is giving credit to a name that’s not mine. Sorry for a lot of feelings I’m just really struggling right now because I feel like I won’t make it in the business. My voice stopped working and for some reason my body doesn’t want to dance right and until I transition I won’t get to perform as myself and I hate how much dysphoria is coming from something I love so much- because now I feel chained up
